7abe9dc4c0 Migrate all Maniphest transaction data to new storage
Summary:
Ref T2217. This is the risky, hard part; everything after this should be smooth sailing. This is //mostly// clean, except:

  - The old format would opportunistically combine a comment with some other transaction type if it could. We no longer do that, so:
    - When migrating, "edit" + "comment" transactions need to be split in two.
    - When editing now, we should no longer combine these transaction types.
    - These changes are pretty straightforward and low-impact.
  - This migration promotes "auxiliary field" data to the new CustomField/StandardField format, so that's not a straight migration either. The formats are very similar, though.

Broadly, this takes the same attack that the auth migration did: proxy all the code through to the new storage. `ManiphestTransaction` is now just an API on top of `ManiphestTransactionPro`, which is the new storage format. The two formats are very similar, so this was mostly a straight copy from one table to the other.

Test Plan:
  - Without performing the migration, made a bunch of edits and comments on tasks and verified the new code works correctly.
  - Droped the test data and performed the migration.
  - Looked at the resulting data for obvious discrepancies.
  - Looked at a bunch of tasks and their transaction history.
  - Used Conduit to pull transaction data.
  - Edited task description and clicked "View Details" on transaction.
  - Used batch editor.
  - Made a bunch more edits.

17e1732152 Route all ManiphestTransaction reads through a single class
Summary:
Ref T2217. I'm going to do the fake-double-writes ("double reads"?) thing where we proxy the storage that worked pretty well for auth. That is:

  - (Some more cleanup diffs next, maybe?)
  - Move all the data to the new storage, and make `ManiphestTransaction` read and write by wrapping `ManiphestTransactionPro`.
  - If nothing breaks, it's a straight shot to nuking ManiphestTransaction callsite by callsite.

I think Maniphest is way easier than Differential, because there are very few query sites and no inline comments.

Test Plan: `grep` to find callsites. Loaded task view, called Conduit.

e555b9025f Implemented Phrequent time tracking functionality.
Summary:
This differential implements Phrequent's time tracking
functionality for users and hooks it up to Maniphest. It
also includes a basic "Time Tracked" list for the Phrequent
application, where users can review what they've spent time
working on.

Test Plan:
Apply the patch and track some things in Maniphest. They
should appear in the "Time Tracked" view of Phrequent.

There is also a `phrequent.show-prompt` option which toggles
whether to display a prompt when tracking time. I'm unsure
of whether the prompt is useful or is more likely to cause
people to click "Track Time", go off and do the task and then
come back to the prompt still waiting for them to confirm. A
potential solution to the "accidentally clicking the button
and recording 2 seconds of time" might be to show a prompt
on stop if the total time is under 10 seconds, asking whether
the user wants to keep or discard the tracked time.

ef85f49adc Delete license headers from files
Summary:
This commit doesn't change license of any file. It just makes the license implicit (inherited from LICENSE file in the root directory).

We are removing the headers for these reasons:

- It wastes space in editors, less code is visible in editor upon opening a file.
- It brings noise to diff of the first change of any file every year.
- It confuses Git file copy detection when creating small files.
- We don't have an explicit license header in other files (JS, CSS, images, documentation).
- Using license header in every file is not obligatory: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new.

This change is approved by Alma Chao (Lead Open Source and IP Counsel at Facebook).

Test Plan: Verified that the license survived only in LICENSE file and that it didn't modify externals.

e7853e4801 Allow tasks to be subprioritized by drag-and-drop
Summary:
Like the title says, similar to Facebook Tasks.

Not sure how I really feel about this, but I guess it's kind of OK? I never used
this feature in Facebook Tasks but I think some people like it.

The drag-and-drop to repri across priorities feels okayish.

Because subpriority is a double and we just split the difference when
reprioritizing, you lose ~a bit of precision every time you repri two tasks
against each other and so you can break it by swapping the priorities of two
tasks ~50 times. This case is pretty silly and pathological. We can add some
code to deal with this at some point if necessary.

I think this also fixes the whacky task layout widths once and for all.

(There are a couple of minor UI glitches like headers not vanishing and header
counts not updating that I'm not fixing because I am lazy.)

Filesystem::readRandomCharacters()

Summary: See T547. To improve auditability of use of crypto-sensitive hash
functions, use Filesystem::readRandomCharacters() in place of
sha1(Filesystem::readRandomBytes()) when we're just generating random ASCII
strings.

Test Plan:
  - Generated a new PHID.
  - Logged out and logged back in (to test sessions).
  - Regenerated Conduit certificate.
  - Created a new task, verified mail key generated sensibly.
  - Created a new revision, verified mail key generated sensibly.
  - Ran "arc list", got blocked, installed new certificate, ran "arc list"
again.

69445222f7 Track content sources (email, web, conduit, mobile) for replies
Summary:
When an object is updated, record the content source for the update. This mostly
isn't terribly useful but one concrete thing I want to do with it is let admins
audit via-email replies more easily since there are a bunch of options which let
you do hyjinx if you intentionally configure them insecurely. I think having a
little more auditability around this feature is generally good. At some point
I'm going to turn this into a link admins can click to see details.

It also allows us to see how frequently different mechanisms are used, and lets
you see if someone is at their desk or on a mobile or whatever, at least
indirectly.

The "tablet" and "mobile" sources are currently unused but I figured I'd throw
them in anyway. SMS support should definitely happen at some point.

Not 100% sure about the design for this, I might change it to plain text at some
point.

Test Plan: Updated objects and saw update sources rendered.

49310391e0 Added subscriber view to Maniphest.
Summary:
People want to see all the tasks they have subscribed to in one
view. A new table was added for this to make queries faster.

Test Plan:
Tested that the view was initially empty. After running the
reindex_maniphest.php script, I saw the correct tasks there. Added
myself as a subscriber to one task and made sure the view was
updated. Removed myself as a subscriber from one task and made sure
the view was updated again.

de0c89261e Allow Maniphest tasks to be filtered by Project
Summary:
Major things taking place here:

  - A new table for storing <task, project> relationships.
  - Moved all task query logic into a dedicated class.
  - Added a "projects" filter to the UI.

I was originally going to try to drive this off the main search index but the
perf benefits of a custom schema make an overwhelming argument in favor of doing
it this way.

Test Plan:
Filtered tasks by author and owner and zero, one, and more than one project.
Exercised all the group/sort options. Ran the index script over my 100k task
corpus. Edited task-project membership and verified the index updated.

4469ef8f30 Allow Maniphest to scale to a massive size
Summary:
Maniphest is missing some keys and some query strategy which will make it
cumbersome to manage more than a few tens of thousands of tasks.

Test Plan:
Handily manipulated 100k-scale task groups. Maniphest takes about 250ms to
select and render pages of 1,000 tasks and has no problem paging and filtering
them, etc. We should be good to scale to multiple millions of tasks with these
changes.

2e8990e9e0 Store metadata with Differential and Maniphest comments, and store added
reviewers as metadata

Summary:
The "Add reviewer" implementation is super lazy right now since I didn't want to
do a schema change. Man up and add a column. I also plan to store "via"
information here (e.g., via email or via mobile).

NOTE: This schema change may take a while since the comment table is pretty big
in Facebook's install.

This needs a little CSS work but I think it's reasonable for now.

Test Plan:
Made comments on revisions and tasks. Added reviewers to a revision, got linked
names instead of a blob of text.

25dee6ecd2 Support email replies in Phabricator
Summary:
Provides support for per-user x per-object unique reply-to email addresses, plus
SMTP integration.

This does not actually make Phabricator use these in outbound email.

Test Plan:
Used test console to validate in-Phabricator routing and handling.

Piped emails into the "mail_handler.php" script to validate mail parsing.

Configured sendmail and sent mail to Phabricator.

Technically I haven't conducted all parts of this test on the same machine since
I lost the will to configure more SMTP servers after configuring phabricator.com
