Remove this key.
Then, remove all readers of `accountType` and `accountDomain` (and all nontrivial writers) because none of these callsites are well-aligned with plans in T6703.
This change has no user-facing impact today: all the rules about linking/unlinking/etc remain unchanged, because other rules currently prevent creation of more than one provider with a given "accountType".

When users log in with most providers, the provider returns an "ExternalAccount" identifier (like an Asana account GUID) and the workflow figures out where to go from there, usually a decision to try to send the user to registration (if the external account isn't linked to anything yet) or login (if it is).
In the case of password providers, the password is really a property of an existing account, so sending the user to registration never makes sense. We can bypass the "external identifier" indirection layer and just say "username -> internal account" instead of "external GUID -> internal mapping -> internal account".
Formalize this so that "AuthProvider" can generate either a "map this external account" value or a "use this internal account" value.
This stops populating "accountID" on "password" "ExternalAccount" objects, but this was only an artifact of convenience. (These records don't really need to exist at all, but there's little harm in going down the same workflow as everything else for consistency.)
Test Plan: Logged in with a username/password. Wiped the external account table and repeated the process.

Ref T13249. See PHI774. When users follow an email login link ("Forgot password?", "Send Welcome Email", "Send a login link to your email address.", `bin/auth recover`), we send them to a password reset flow if an install uses passwords.
If an install does not use passwords, we previously dumped them unceremoniously into the {nav Settings > External Accounts} UI with no real guidance about what they were supposed to do. Since D20094 we do a slightly better job here in some cases. Continue improving this workflow.
This adds a page like "Reset Password" for "Hey, You Should Probably Link An Account, Here's Some Options".
Overall, this stuff is still pretty rough in a couple of areas that I imagine addressing in the future:
- When you finish linking, we still dump you back in Settings. At least we got you to link things. But better would be to return you here and say "great job, you're a pro".
- This UI can become a weird pile of buttons in certain configs and generally looks a little unintentional. This problem is shared among all the "linkable" providers, and the non-login link flow is also weird.
So: step forward, but more work to be done.

Depends on D20111. Ref T6703. Currently, each ExternalAccount row is tied to a provider by `providerType` + `providerDomain`. This effectively prevents multiple providers of the same type, since, e.g., two LDAP providers may be on different ports on the same domain. The `domain` also isn't really a useful idea anyway because you can move which hostname an LDAP server is on, and LDAP actually uses the value `self` in all cases. Yeah, yikes.
Instead, just bind each account to a particular provider. Then we can have an LDAP "alice" on seven different servers on different ports on the same machine and they can all move around and we'll still have a consistent, cohesive view of the world.
(On its own, this creates some issues with the link/unlink/refresh flows. Those will be updated in followups, and doing this change in a way with no intermediate breaks would require fixing them to use IDs to reference providerType/providerDomain, then fixing this, then undoing the first fix most of the way.)
Test Plan: Ran migrations, sanity-checked database. See followup changes for more comprehensive testing.

Safari, at least, also prevents a redirect to a third-party domain after a form submission to the local domain, so when we first redirect locally (as with Twitter and other OAuth1 providers) we need to authorize an additional URI.

I went though every instances of 'login' I could find and tried to clarify all this language. Fixes T11480. This cleans up the error logs a little by quieting three common errors which are really malformed requests:
- The CSRF error happens when bots hit anything which does write checks.
- The "wrong cookie domain" errors happen when bots try to use the `security.alternate-file-domain` to browse stuff like `/auth/start/`.
- The "no phcid" errors happen when bots try to go through the login flow.
All of these are clearly communicated to human users, commonly encountered by bots, and not useful to log.
I collapsed the `CSRFException` type into a standard malformed request exception, since nothing catches it and I can't really come up with a reason why anything would ever care.
Test Plan:
Hit each error through some level of `curl -H ...` and/or fakery. Verified that they showed to users before/after, but no longer log.
Hit some other real errors, verified that they log.

Ref T10785. Around the time we launched Phacility SAAS we implemented this weird autologin hack. It works fine, so clean it up, get rid of the `instanceof` stuff, and support it for any OAuth2 provider.
(We could conceivably support OAuth1 as well, but no one has expressed an interest in it and I don't think I have any OAuth1 providers configured correctly locally so it would take a little bit to set up and test.)
Test Plan:
- Configured OAuth2 adapters (Facebook) for auto-login.
- Saw no config option on other adapters (LDAP).
- Nuked all options but one, did autologin with Facebook and Phabricator.

Ref T7152. This substantially completes the upstream login flow. Basically, we just cookie you and push you through normal registration, with slight changes:
- All providers allow registration if you have an invite.
- Most providers get minor text changes to say "Register" instead of "Login" or "Login or Register".
- The Username/Password provider changes to just a "choose a username" form.
- We show the user that they're accepting an invite, and who invited them.
Then on actual registration:
- Accepting an invite auto-verifies the address.
- Accepting an invite auto-approves the account.
- Your email is set to the invite email and locked.
- Invites get to reassign nonprimary, unverified addresses from other accounts.
But 98% of the code is the same.
Test Plan:
- Accepted an invite.
- Verified a new address on an existing account via invite.
- Followed a bad invite link.
- Tried to accept a verified invite.
- Reassigned an email by accepting an unverified, nonprimary invite on a new account.

I think options to fix this would be to 1) restrict this functionality to JUST the Phabricator OAuth provider type or 2) something really fancy with an HTTP(S) future. via anonymous content distribution networks.

Without this, an attacker can trick a user into logging into Phabricator with an account the attacker controls.

The notable difference between this and other providers is that we need to do configuration in two stages, since we need to generate and save a public/private keypair before we can give the user configuration instructions, which takes several seconds and can't change once we've told them to do it.
To this effect, the edit form renders two separate stages, a "setup" stage and a "configure" stage. In the setup stage the user identifies the install and provides the URL. They hit save, we generate a keypair, and take them to the configure stage. In the configure stage, they're walked through setting up all the keys. This ends up feeling a touch rough, but overall pretty reasonable, and we haven't lost much generality.

Ref T1536. This is equivalent to logging out and logging back in again, but a bit less disruptive for users. For some providers (like Google), this may eventually do something different (Google has a "force" parameter which forces re-auth and is ostensibly required to refresh long-lived tokens).
Broadly, this process fixes OAuth accounts with busted access tokens so we can do API stuff. For other accounts, it mostly just syncs profile pictures.
