Ref T11114. This replaces the old edit controller with a new one based entirely on EditEngine.
This removes the CustomFieldEditEngineExtension hack for Differential, since remaining field types are fairly straightforward and work with existing EditEngine support, as far as I can tell.

- Updated a revision via web diffs.
- Edited a revision via web.
- Edited nonstandard custom fields ("Blame Revision", "JIRA Issues").

When we attach object A to object B, we'd like to write transactions on both sides but only write the actual edges once.
To do this, allow edge types to `shouldWriteInverseTransactions()`. When an edge type opts into this, have editors apply the inverse transactions before writing the edge. These inverse transactions don't actually apply effects, they just show up in the transaction log.
Test Plan: Attached and detached revisions from tasks, saw transactions appear on both sides of the operation.

Test Plan:
This is a huge, messy change. I've made an effort to test it exhasutively, but suspect I probably missed a few behaviors. Roughly:
- Enumerted all current fields (fields implementing `shouldAppearOnCommitMessage()`) and tried to test them one by one.
- Used `arc diff --edit` repeatedly to manipulate each field (this workflow hits both the parse and construct steps).
- Used `arc amend --show` to examine construct output (this does not activate the "edit" mode).
