9462f8aa89 Remove client OAuth redirect code which was only partially cleaned up
See T13099. I took a different approach here but didn't fully clean up
the old one.

dbccfb234f Perform a client-side redirect after OAuth server authorization
Summary:
Ref T13099. See that task for discussion. Chrome is unhappy with an MFA form submitting to an endpoint which redirects you to an OAuth URI.

Instead, do the redirect entirely on the client.

Chrome's rationale here isn't obvious, so we may be able to revert this at some point.

Test Plan: Went through the OAuth flow locally, was redirected on the client. Will verify in production.

ba4b936dff Use Log In vs. Login when it's a verb
Summary: Cursory research indicates that "login" is a noun, referring to a form, and "log in" is a verb, referring to the action of logging in. I went though every instances of 'login' I could find and tried to clarify all this language. Also, we have "Phabricator" on the registration for like 4-5 times, which is a bit verbose, so I tried to simplify that language as well.

Test Plan: Tested logging in and logging out. Pages feel simpler.

eb673fd783 Formalize and fully modularize settings panel groups
Summary:
Ref T4103. Settings panels are grouped into categories of similar panels (like "Email" or "Sessions and Logs").

Currently, this is done informally, by just grouping and ordering by strings. This won't work well with translations, since it means the ordering is entirely dependent on the language order, so the first settings panel you see might be something irrelvant or confusing. We'd also potentially break third-party stuff by changing strings, but do so in a silent hard-to-detect way.

Provide formal objects and modularize the panel groups completely.

Test Plan: Verified all panels still appear properly and in the same groups and order.

5dec03af32 Make OAuth scope handling more flexible
Summary:
Ref T7303. Currently, our handling of "scope" is fairly rigid and adheres to the spec, but some of these behaviors don't make much sense in practice.

Soften some behaviors and make them more flexible:

**Soft Failure on Unknown Permissions**: If a client asks for a permission we don't know about, just warn that we don't recognize it instead of fataling. In particular, I plan to make `offline_access` and `whoami` implicit. Older clients that request these permissions will still work fine as long as we don't hard-fatal.

**Move `user.whoami` to ALWAYS scope**: Make `whoami` a default permission. We've already done this, in effect; this just formalizes it.

**Tokens no longer expire**: Make `offline_access` (infinite-duration tokens) a default permission. I think the OAuth model doesn't map well to reality. It is common for other providers to issue "temporary" tokens with a duration of multiple years, and the refesh workflow is sort of silly. We can add a "temporary" scope later if we need temporary tokens.

This flow was potentially extra silly with the "log out of Phacility" use case, where we might need to have you log in again before we could log you out, which is bizarre and senseless. Avoid this nonsense.

**Move away from granular permissions**: Users currently get to pick-and-choose which permissions they grant, but this likely rarely/never works in practice and is fairly hostile since applications can't communicate which permissions they need. Applications which can actually operate with only some subset of permissions can make separate requests (e.g., when you activate "cool feature X", it asks for X permission). I think applications that do this are rare; pretty much everything just asks for tons of permissions and everyone grants them.

Making this all-or-nothing is better for well-behaved applications and better for users. It's also slightly better for overzealous applications that ask for more than they need, but whatever. Users can make an informed decision, hopefully, and I plan to let administrators force applications to a subset of permissions once we introduce meaningful scopes.

Test Plan:
  - Generated tokens.
  - Used tokens.
  - Authorized an instance.
  - Faked some bogus scopes, got clean authorization.

801607381d [Redesign] PhabricatorApplicationSearchResultView
Summary: Ref T8099. This adds a new class which all search engines return for layout. I thought about this a number of ways, and I think this is the cleanest path. Each Engine can return whatever UI bits they needs, and AppSearch or Dashboard picks and lays the bits out as needed. In the AppSearch case, interfaces like Notifications, Calendar, Legalpad all need more custom layouts. I think this also leaves a resonable path forward for NUX as well. Also, not sure I implemented the class correctly, but assume thats easy to fix?

a4784e03ff [Redesign] Add Table, Collapse support to ObjectBox
Summary: Converts most all tables to be directly set via `setTable` to an ObjectBox. I think this path is more flexible design wise, as we can change the box based on children, and not just CSS. We also already do this with PropertyList, Forms, ObjectList, and Header. `setCollapsed` is added to ObjectBox to all children objects to bleed to the edges (like diffs).

Test Plan: I did a grep of `appendChild($table)` as well as searches for `PHUIObjectBoxView`, also with manual opening of hundreds of files. I'm sure I missed 5-8 places. If you just appendChild($table) nothing breaks, it just looks a little funny.

f5580c7a08 Make buildWhereClause() a method of AphrontCursorPagedPolicyAwareQuery
Summary:
Ref T4100. Ref T5595.

To support a unified "Projects:" query across all applications, a future diff is going to add a set of "Edge Logic" capabilities to `PolicyAwareQuery` which write the required SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, HAVING and GROUP clauses for you.

With the addition of "Edge Logic", we'll have three systems which may need to build components of query claues: ordering/paging, customfields/applicationsearch, and edge logic.

For most clauses, queries don't currently call into the parent explicitly to get default components. I want to move more query construction logic up the class tree so it can be shared.

For most methods, this isn't a problem, but many subclasses define a `buildWhereClause()`. Make all such definitions protected and consistent.

This causes no behavioral changes.

1c32c9b965 Improve granluarity and defaults of security.allow-outbound-http
Summary:
Ref T6755. This is a partial fix, but:

  - Allow netblocks to be blacklisted instead of making the feature all-or-nothing.
  - Default to disallow requests to all reserved private/local/special IP blocks. This should generally be a "safe" setting.
  - Explain the risks better.
  - Improve the errors rasied by Macro when failing.
  - Removed `security.allow-outbound-http`, as it is superseded by this setting and is somewhat misleading.
    - We still make outbound HTTP requests to OAuth.
    - We still make outbound HTTP requests for repositories.

From a technical perspective:

  - Separate URIs that are safe to link to or redirect to (basically, not "javascript://") from URIs that are safe to fetch (nothing in a private block).
  - Add the default blacklist.
  - Be more careful with response data in Macro fetching, and don't let the user see it if it isn't ultimately valid.

Additionally:

  - I want to do this check before pulling repositories, but that's enough of a mess that it should go in a separate diff.
  - The future implementation of T4190 needs to perform the fetch check.

Test Plan:
  - Fetched a valid macro.
  - Fetched a non-image, verified it didn't result in a viewable file.
  - Fetched a private-ip-space image, got an error.
  - Fetched a 404, got a useful-enough error without additional revealing response content (which is usually HTML anyway and not useful).
  - Fetched a bad protocol, got an error.
  - Linked to a local resource, a phriction page, a valid remote site, all worked.
  - Linked to private IP space, which worked fine (we want to let you link and redierect to other private services, just not fetch them).
  - Added and executed unit tests.

eee8d194eb OAuthServer - default "whoami" scope and refine scope-asking workflow
Summary: Ref T7153. The "whoami" scope should be default and always on, because otherwise we can't do anything at all. Also, if a client doesn't want a certain scope, don't bother asking the user for it. To get there, had to add "scope" to the definition of a client.

Test Plan: applied the patch to a phabricator "client" and a phabricator "server" as far as oauth shenanigans go. Then I tried to login / register with oauth. If the "client" was configured to ask for "always on" access I got that in the dialogue, and otherwise no additional scope questions were present. Verified scope was properly granted in either case.

7213eb01e0 Only let users log in to an OAuth server if they can see it
Summary:
Fixes T7169. We just weren't doing a policy-aware query. Basic idea here is that if you set an app to be visible only to specific users, those specific users are the only ones who should be able to authorize it.

In the Phacility cluster, this allows us to prevent users who haven't been invited from logging in to an instance.

Test Plan:
  - Tried to log into an instance I was not a member of.
  - Logged into an instance I am a member of.

5a9df1a225 Policy - filter app engines where the user can't see the application from panel editing
Summary: Fixes T7118. This does the basic "filter the list" thing, though it ends up being a little manual since I guess this hasn't come up before? There is also potential weird behavior if the user was using an app and lost access to it - they will have nothing selected on edit - but I think this is actually correct behavior in this circumstance.

Test Plan:
used a user who couldn't get access to the "quick create" apps and noted that the dropdown list on dashboard panel create was missing the expected engines

ran `arc unit --everything` to verify abstract method implemented everywhere
