Test Plan: - Read instructions. - Used `bin/repository lock` according to the instructions. - Saw Storage tab in Diffusion report lock held during maintenance, released after it completes. - Saw "maintenance" push log generated and repository version bump. - Tried to lock some invalid repositories.
