Edward Speyer 3901c8493d [LiskDAO] make objects ephemeral, aka read-only
Summary:
Make any Lisk object ephemeral, aka read-only, so that we can fiddle
around with their state safe in the knowledge that we'll never end up
writing that updated state back to the db.

Test Plan: Added a new test; ran test suite.

Phabricator is a open source collection of web applications which make it easier
to write, review, and share source code. Phabricator was developed at Facebook.

This is an early release. It's pretty high-quality and usable, but under
active development so things may change quickly.
