Andre Klapper d5295da072 Remove deprecated buildStandardPage* method calls 
Summary:
Remove deprecated `buildStandardPageView()` and `buildStandardPageResponse()` methods.
They have been deprecated since rP300c74c49dc9d9f3ef1d7bbcc1b2400a3ded0c41 in November 2015.

Test Plan: Compare http://phorge.localhost/xhpast/ before and after; paste and parse some PHP code into http://phorge.localhost/xhpast/; compare resulting http://phorge.localhost/xhpast/view/1/ before and after. Spot no differences and see no errors in DarkConsole.

Phorge is a collection of web applications which help software companies build better software.

Phorge is a community-maintained fork of Phabricator.

Phorge includes applications for:

  • reviewing and auditing source code;
  • hosting and browsing repositories;
  • tracking bugs;
  • managing projects;
  • conversing with team members;
  • assembling a party to venture forth;
  • writing stuff down and reading it later;
  • hiding stuff from coworkers; and
  • also some other things.
