Jason Ge f2efdd07a7 Use DatabaseConfigurationProvider to get DB info ... Summary: remove accessing the db config info directly. Use DatabaseConfigurationProvider instead. Also fixed a minor issue where different number of newlines are output in PhabricatorSetup.php's output.
