Joshua Spence 1b3eb9a247 Remove the ExampleLintEngine class. 
Summary: Ref T2039. Now that the `ArcanistConfigurationDrivenLintEngine` has gained more widespread use, we do no longer expect users to need to write their own lint engine. The documentation has already been updated to reflect this.

WHAT IS ARCANIST?

Arcanist is the command-line tool for Phabricator. It allows you to interact
with Phabricator installs to send code for review, download patches, transfer
files, view status, make API calls, and various other things. You can find
