Andre Klapper 76d22d70e4 Correct PHPDoc of dropSymbolCache() 
Summary:
`dropSymbolCache()` does not return anything, and its only call in `rebuild-map.php` does not expect a return value either.
Thus replace `@return this` with `@return void`.

Test Plan: Read/grep the code.
