Break long words in differential two-up view
Summary: This should prevent long lines from making the code width different between files, which can be annoying. (And of course, it stops long lines from making a giant scrollbar too.)
Test Plan:
Loaded this diff in Chrome, Firefox, IE9, and IE8:

(That's a screenshot from Chrome, but it looks about the same in the other browsers.)

Render indent depth changes more clearly
Summary:
Ref T13161. See PHI723. Our whitespace handling is based on whitespace flags like `diff -bw`, mostly just for historical reasons: long ago, the easiest way to minimize the visual impact of indentation changes was to literally use `diff -bw`.
However, this approach is very coarse and has a lot of problems, like detecting `"ab" -> "a b"` as "only a whitespace change" even though this is always semantic. It also causes problems in YAML, Python, etc. Over time, we've added a lot of stuff to mitigate the downsides to this approach.
We also no longer get any benefits from this approach being simple: we need faithful diffs as the authoritative source, and have to completely rebuild the diff to `diff -bw` it. In the UI, we have a "whitespace mode" flag. We have the "whitespace matters" configuration.
I think ReviewBoard generally has a better approach to indent depth changes than we do (see T13161) where it detects them and renders them in a minimal way with low visual impact. This is ultimately what we want: reduce visual clutter for depth-only changes, but preserve whitespace changes in strings, etc.
Move toward detecting and rendering indent depth changes. Followup work:
- These should get colorblind colors and the design can probably use a little more tweaking.
- The OneUp mode is okay, but could be improved.
- Whitespace mode can now be removed completely.
- I'm trying to handle tabs correctly, but since we currently mangle them into spaces today, it's hard to be sure I actually got it right.

Use `<td class="n" data-n="3">` instead of `<th>3</th>` for line numbers
Summary:
Ref T13161. Ref T12822. See PHI870. Long ago, the web was simple. You could leave your doors unlocked, you knew all your neighbors, crime hadn't been invented yet, and `<th>3</th>` was a perfectly fine way to render a line number cell containing the number "3".
But times have changed!
- In PHI870, this isn't good for screenreaders. We can't do much about this, so switch to `<td>`.
- In D19349 / T13105 and elsewhere, this `::after { content: attr(data-n); }` approach seems like the least bad general-purpose approach for preventing line numbers from being copied. Although Differential needs even more magic beyond this in the two-up view, this is likely good enough for the one-up view, and is consistent with other views (paste, harbormaster logs, general source display) where this technique is sufficient on its own.
The chance this breaks //something// is pretty much 100%, but we've got a week to figure out what it breaks. I couldn't find any issues immediately.
Test Plan:
- Created, edited, deleted inlines in 1-up and 2-up views.
- Replied, keyboard-navigated, keyboard-replied, drag-selected, poked and prodded everything.

Show coverage information in Differential
Summary:
Render coverage information in the right gutter, if available.
We could render some kind of summary report deal too but this seems like a good
start.
Test Plan:
- Looked at diffs with coverage.
- Looked at diffs without coverage.
- Used inline comments, diff-of-diff, "show more", "show entire file", "show
generated file", "undo". Nothing seemed disrupted by the addition of a 5th
column.

Nothing seemed disrupted by the addition of a 5th
column.

Provide a rough, unstable API for reporting coverage into Diffusion
Summary:
Ref T4994. This stuff works:
- You can dump a blob of coverage information into `diffusion.updatecoverage`. This wipes existing coverage information and replaces it.
- It shows up when viewing files.
- It shows up when viewing commits.
This stuff does not work:
- When viewing files, the Javascript hover interaction isn't tied in yet.
- We always show this information, even if you're behind the commit where it was generated.
- You can't do incremental updates.
- There's no aggregation at the file (this file has 90% coverage), diff (the changes in this commit are 90% covered), or directory (the code in this directory has 90% coverage) levels yet.
- This is probably not the final form of the UI, storage, or API, so you should expect occasional changes over time. I've marked the method as "Unstable" for now.
Test Plan:
- Ran `save_lint.php` to check for collateral damage; it worked fine.
- Ran `save_lint.php` on a new branch to check creation.
- Published some fake coverage information.
- Viewed an affected commit.
- Viewed an affected file.

Track a "Done" state on inline comments
Summary:
Ref T1460. This just barely works, but throwing it up in case any of it sounds mechanically crazy before we build integrations/UI/etc.
Specifically, these are the behaviors:
- You can mark your own draft comments as "done" before you submit them. The intent is to let reviewers mark their stuff advisory/minor/not-important before they submit it, to hint to authors that they don't expect the feedback to necessarily be addressed (maybe it's a joke, maybe it's just discussion, maybe it's "consider..").
- You can mark others' published comments as "done" if you're the revision/commit author. The intent is to keep this lightweight by not requiring an audit trail of who marked what done when. If anyone could mark anything done, we'd have to have some way to show who marked stuff.
- When you mark stuff done (or unmark it), it goes into a "draft" state, where you see the change but others don't see it yet. The intent is twofold:
- Be consistent with how inlines work.
- Allow us to publish a "epriestley updated this revision + epriestley marked 15 inlines as done" story later if we want. This seems more useful than publishing 15 "epriestley marked one thing as done" stories.
- The actual bit where done-ness publishes isn't implemented.
- UI is bare bones.
- No integration with the rest of the UI yet.
Test Plan: Clicked some checkboxes.

Add "Undo" for editing Differential inline comments
Summary:
When a user hits 'cancel' on a 'new', 'edit', or 'reply' operation, add a little
"Changes discarded. __Undo__" insert so they can get their change back. No undo
for delete since there's an explicit prompt. Once this lands we can make
'escape' work again to close dialogs.
This change started feeling really good when I was merging all the duplicate
code and making things more consistent, but by the time I started writing client
rendering it felt gross. I'm not really thrilled with it but I guess it's a step
forward? The feature seems pretty OK in practice. Let me know how much barfing
this causes and I can try to remedy the most acute concerns.
This also fixes a bug where replies always (?) appear on the 'new' side of the
diff (I think?).
Test Plan:
Applied 'new', 'edit', 'delete' and 'reply' operations, pressed 'cancel' and
'okay' in each case, with and without changing text where relevant. All
behaviors seem to conform with expectations, except that canceling out of 'edit'
without changing the text gives you an option to undo when it shouldn't really.
There's no super easy way to get at the original text right now.

Restore the "buoyant" header in Differential
Summary:
Fixes T1591. This was removed long ago because it was a mess to implement and caused a bunch of weird issues, and also my tolerance for dealing with weird JS issues was much, much lower.
I have now survived the fires of JX.Scrollbar and would love to address 200 small nitpicks about obscure browser behaviors on Linux, so open the floodgates again.
A secondary goal here is to create room to add a global view state menu on the right, with 300 options like "hide all inlines", "hide done inlines", "hide collapsed inlines", "hide ghosts", "show ghosts", "enable filetree", "disable filetree", etc, etc. Not sure how much of this I'll actually do. I have one more experiment I want to try first.
