b32bfb6541 Render commit summaries when rendering handles
Summary:
Fixes T2563. Instead of rendering "rPnnnnnn", render "rPnnnnnn: add feature X". Tweak Audit tables to accommodate.

@vrana / @nh, this migration might take a while. You could safely skip it when deploying and then run it after deployment.

I think I fixed all the other places where these render, but might have missed something.

Test Plan:
  - Ran first schema migration, clicked around to make sure nothing broke.
  - Ran `scripts/repository/reparse.php --message rXyyyyy`, verified summary populated.
  - Ran second migration.
  - Checked task/diffusion/audit/differential for weird rendering.

Summary:
This is somewhat clowny, particularly in how it handles JSON encode/decode, but
I've commented why I did things the way I did. The goal is to store minified JSON
but show pretty-printed JSON where possible, to the user editing it.

Test Plan:
* Went to /config/ and saw a list of keys from the `default` config.
* Clicked on one of them, submitted the default value successfully.
* Changed the value to invalid JSON and got a decent error.
* Changed the value to valid JSON and checked the DB to confirm it saved.
* Confirmed the DB values were minified.
* Confirmed the user-facing values were pretty-printed where they could be.
* Confirmed that PHIDs were getting assigned properly and that isDeleted
  properly defaulted to false/0.

fc9ad37b26 Add very basic scaffolding for Pholio
Summary:
I'm not going to land this until it's a bit more fleshed out since it would just confuse users, but this is probably more reviewable as a few diffs adding a couple features than one ULTRA-diff adding everything. Implement application basics for Pholio. This does more or less nothing, but adds storage, subscribe, flag, markup, indexing, query basics, PHIDs, handle loads, a couple of realy really basic controllers, etc.
Basic hierarchy is:

  - **Moleskine**: Top-level object like a Differential Revision, like "Ponder Feed Ideas".
  - **Image**: Each Moleskine has one or more images, like the unexpanded / expanded / mobile / empty states of feed.
  - **Transaction**: Comment or edit, like Maniphest. I generally want to move most apps to a transaction model so we can log edits.
  - **PixelComment**: Equivalent of an inline comment.

Test Plan: Created a fake object and viewed it.

ef85f49adc Delete license headers from files
Summary:
This commit doesn't change license of any file. It just makes the license implicit (inherited from LICENSE file in the root directory).

We are removing the headers for these reasons:

- It wastes space in editors, less code is visible in editor upon opening a file.
- It brings noise to diff of the first change of any file every year.
- It confuses Git file copy detection when creating small files.
- We don't have an explicit license header in other files (JS, CSS, images, documentation).
- Using license header in every file is not obligatory: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new.

This change is approved by Alma Chao (Lead Open Source and IP Counsel at Facebook).

Test Plan: Verified that the license survived only in LICENSE file and that it didn't modify externals.

b072e937b5 Modernize blog UI
Summary:
Cleans up some of the mess I made in D3694. Basically:

  - All blogs have an "internal" view with posts that uses mobile-friendly UIs, etc., so we don't have to do as much work with skins -- they just have to look pretty.
  - Blogs now have a separate "live" view that we use to handle domains / skins.
  - Simplified some views and use IDs in some URLs for consistency.

5b74b8b765 Add basic "Subscriptions" application
Summary:
Basic infrastructure for generalizing subscriptions/CCs for T1808, T1514 and T1663.

  - Implement `PhabricatorSubscribableInterface` and you'll get a subscribe/unsubscribe button for free.
  - If there are any auto-subscribed users (like the question author) you can specify them; this makes more sense for Tasks and Revisions than Ponder probably, but maybe the author should be auto-subscribed.
  - Subscriptions are either "explicit" (the user clicked 'subscribe') or "implicit" (the user did something which causes them to become subscribed naturally). If a user unsubscribes, they'll no longer be added by implicit subscriptions. This may or may not be relevant to Ponder but is an existing Herald feature in Differential.
  - Helper method on PhabricatorSubscribersQuery to load subscribers.
  - This doesn't handle actually sending email, etc. I think that's all so application-specific that it doesn't belong here.
  - Now seems to work.

85bf88e400 Allow pastes to be flagged
Summary:
This does a few things:

  - Allows you to flag pastes. This is straightforward.
  - Allows Applications to register event listeners.
  - Makes object action lists emit a 'didrenderactions' event, so other applications can add more actions. The Flags application injects its action in this way. This should generally make it much easier to add actions to objects when we add new applications, with less code duplication and better modularity. We have a really hacky version of this in Differential that I want to get rid of in lieu of this more general approach. I'm going to make object lists do the same thing, so any application can jump in and add stuff.

87207b2f4e Allow users to have multiple email addresses, and verify emails
Summary:
  - Move email to a separate table.
  - Migrate existing email to new storage.
  - Allow users to add and remove email addresses.
  - Allow users to verify email addresses.
  - Allow users to change their primary email address.
  - Convert all the registration/reset/login code to understand these changes.
  - There are a few security considerations here but I think I've addressed them. Principally, it is important to never let a user acquire a verified email address they don't actually own. We ensure this by tightening the scoping of token generation rules to be (user, email) specific.
  - This should have essentially zero impact on Facebook, but may require some minor changes in the registration code -- I don't exactly remember how it is set up.

Not included here (next steps):

  - Allow configuration to restrict email to certain domains.
  - Allow configuration to require validated email.

Test Plan:
This is a fairly extensive, difficult-to-test change.

  - From "Email Addresses" interface:
    - Added new email (verified email verifications sent).
    - Changed primary email (verified old/new notificactions sent).
    - Resent verification emails (verified they sent).
    - Removed email.
    - Tried to add already-owned email.
  - Created new users with "accountadmin". Edited existing users with "accountadmin".
  - Created new users with "add_user.php".
  - Created new users with web interface.

698ec68327 General Herald refactoring pass
Summary:
**Who can delete global rules?**: I discussed this with @jungejason. The current behavior is that the rule author or any administrator can delete a global rule, but this
isn't consistent with who can edit a rule (anyone) and doesn't really make much sense (it's an artifact of the global/personal split). I proposed that anyone can delete a
rule but we don't actually delete them, and log the deletion. However, when it came time to actually write the code for this I backed off a bit and continued actually
deleting the rules -- I think this does a reasonable job of balancing accountability with complexity. So the new impelmentation is:

  - Personal rules can be deleted only by their owners.
  - Global rules can be deleted by any user.
  - All deletes are logged.
  - Logs are more detailed.
  - All logged actions can be viewed in aggregate.

**Minor Cleanup**

  - Merged `HomeController` and `AllController`.
  - Moved most queries to Query classes.
  - Use AphrontFormSelectControl::renderSelectTag() where appropriate (this is a fairly recent addition).
  - Use an AphrontErrorView to render the dry run notice (this didn't exist when I ported).
  - Reenable some transaction code (this works again now).
  - Removed the ability for admins to change rule authors (this was a little buggy, messy, and doesn't make tons of sense after the personal/global rule split).
  - Rules which depend on other rules now display the right options (all global rules, all your personal rules for personal rules).
  - Fix a bug in AphrontTableView where the "no data" cell would be rendered too wide if some columns are not visible.
  - Allow selectFilter() in AphrontNavFilterView to be called without a 'default' argument.

Test Plan:
  - Browsed, created, edited, deleted personal and gules.
  - Verified generated logs.
  - Did some dry runs.
  - Verified transcript list and transcript details.
  - Created/edited all/any rules; created/edited once/every time rules.
  - Filtered admin views by users.

7ad68e63e4 Add "Flags" to allow users to collect the things they love
Summary:
Flags are a personal collection of things you want to take a look at later. You can use several different colors and add notes.

Not really sure if this is actually a good idea or not but it was easy to build.

Planned features:

  - Allow Herald rules to add flags.
  - In the "edit flag" dialog, have a "[x] Subscribe Me" checkbox that CCs you.
  - Support Diffusion.
  - Support Phriction.
  - Always show flags on an object if you have them (in every view)?
  - Edit dialog feels a little heavy?
  - More filtering in /flag/ tool.
  - Add a top-level links somewhere?

Test Plan: Added, edited and removed flags from things. Viewed flags in flag view.

Summary:
The general idea here is to build a Differential-like dashboard which shows all
the things you need to audit and all the things that other people have raised
issues with, so you have a one-stop "what do I need to deal with?" interface.

  - Add problem commits to the "active" view of /audit/.
  - Add problem commits to homepage.
  - Add commit browsing interfaces to /audit/.
  - Add an "Audit" app button.

83efa6e1c5 make arc diff link maniphest tasks with revisions
Summary:
add "Maniphest Task:" or "Maniphest Tasks:" followed by text that has TX in it.
foreach TX the task will be attached to the revision and the revision will be
attached to the task. parsing is pretty... ummm, robust such that it will pick
up any TX substring and parse that as a Maniphest Task just fine. it errors
out if there is not an actual task for TX and otherwise churns along pretty
nicely.

Also, make sure the PhabricatorObjectHandle loads the task ID as the alternateID
since we need that here and it should be that way anyhoo.

Test Plan:
made a diff and in the commit message added Maniphest Task(s): TX combination.
Tried various combinations of TX -- single, multiple with commas, multiple many
lines, single bad, multiple bad, multiple mix of bad and good. verified that the
good tasks were attached to the diff and diff was attached to the good tasks.

03fb1887d3 Fix file URI perf regression
Summary:
The CSRF changes meant that we can't generate a file URI with just its PHID
anymore, and converted a mathematical function into a service call.
Unfortunately, this caused massive perf problems in some parts of the
application, critically handles, where loading N users became N single gets.
Derp derp derp. Remedy this by doing a single multiget. This substantially
improves performance of many interfaces, particularly the Maniphest task list.

I need to go through the rest of the PhabricatorFileURI callsites and get rid of
them, but I think this is the most substantive one.

Test Plan: Profiled Maniphest task list, queries went from >100 to a handful.
Explosion of multiderp. :/ Looked at some views with profile photos to verify
they still render accurately.

71efb46ba7 Support email multiplexing for private Reply-To addresses
Summary:
Provide a base PhabricatorMailReplyHandler class which handles the plumbing for
multiplexing email if necessary and supporting public and private reply handler
addressses. DifferentialReplyHandler now extends it, and a new
ManiphestReplyHandler also does.

The general approach here is that we have three supported cases:

  - no reply handler, default config, same as what we're doing now
  - public reply handler, requires overriding classes but just sets "reply-to"
to some address the install generates and still sends only one email
  - private reply handler, provides a default generation mechanism or you can
override it and splits mail apart so we send one to each recipient
