See PHI1268. We currently do some weird width handling when rendering Diffusion readmes in a document directory view.
I think this came from D12330, which used `PHUIDocumentViewPro` to change the font, but we later reverted the font and were left with the `DocumentView`. Other changes after that modified `DocumentView` to have fixed-width behavior, but it doesn't make much sense here since the content panel is clearly rendered full-width.
Today, the `DocumentView` is a more structural element with methods like `setCurtain()`. Just get rid of it to simplify things, at least as a first step.

Summary: The main change here is moving (compare, search, history) into buttons in the header bar on all browse views. This allows Directory Browsing to be full width, since there is no other curtain information. File, Image, LFS, Binary all stay in TwoColumn layouts with the same buttons in the header.
Test Plan: Test viewing a directory, file, image, binary file, readme, and fake a gitlfs.

Summary: Working towards a more unified look and feel. This brings in Lato as a complete base font over Helvetica Neue, as well as removing Source Sans Pro from DocumentView and Conpherence. Design-wise Lato provides the nice readability at larger font sizes that Source Sans Pro did, with the ability to scale down to tables and UI widgets with ease. This gives us one font instead of two, and now Object descriptions and Timeline posts all can benefit from a consistent, readable font.

Test main UI, smaller elements like tables, menus, DocumentViews, Previews, Conpherence.

Ref T2783. This method is kind of goofballs:
- We send a big list of paths to it.
- It sends back a giant blob of HTML.
Instead, just figure out the path we want locally, then fetch the content with `diffusion.filecontentquery`.
