20d1bb8fdf Remove counts from home navigation
Summary: Ref T12136. This just yanks the band-aid off. Fundamentally these were useful well before Dashboards and advanced bucketing, but not so much any more. They also have some performance hit.

Test Plan: Add some tasks and diffs onto a new instance, see there is no count on the home menu bar.

618cec23d8 Make notification counts properly translatable
Summary:
Ref T9132. When I've touched `PhabricatorApplication` I keep hitting this bad `pht()` junk.

The warning is correct, these strings are not extactable and can not be translated.

Fix it so they can be extracted and translated.

Broadly, in all cases we want to render one of these:

> 95 Things (for fewer than some limit)
> 99+ Things (when we hit the limit)

Test Plan: Looked at homepage status counts, moused over them, saw reasonable strings. Grepped for removed method.

2b99b4add8 Home - limit "status" queries to 100 and show 99+ if we hit that
Summary: Fixes T6595. This diff has two issues as is... 1) the differential data fetching is pretty cheesey, but it looks like we can't just issue three separate databases to get the right data? 2) the translations break, since I am turning this into a string (and not an int) so the whole pluralization bit fails. I think 1 is okay as is and 2 needs to be fixed though I am not sure how to best do that...

Test Plan: loaded home page and it looked nice...!

298604c9d3 Rename "beta" to "prototype" and document support policy
Summary:
Fixes T6084. Changes:

  - Rename `phabricator.show-beta-applications` to `phabricator.show-prototypes`, to reinforce that these include early-development applications.
  - Migrate the config setting.
  - Add an explicit "no support" banner to the config page.
  - Rename "Beta" to "Prototype" in the UI.
  - Use "bomb" icon instead of "half star" icon.
  - Document prototype applications in more detail.
  - Explicitly document that we do not support these applications.

Test Plan:
  - Ran migration.
  - Resolved "obsolete config" issue.
  - Viewed config setting.
  - Browsed prototypes in Applications app.
  - Viewed documentation.

86c399b657 Rename PhabricatorApplication subclasses
Summary: Ref T5655. Some discussion in D9839. Generally speaking, `Phabricator{$name}Application` is clearer than `PhabricatorApplication{$name}`.

Test Plan:
# Pinned and uninstalled some applications.
# Applied patch and performed migrations.
# Verified that the pinned applications were still pinned and that the uninstalled applications were still uninstalled.
# Performed a sanity check on the database contents.

81d95cf682 Make default view of "Applications" app a full-page launcher
Summary:
This probably needs some tweaks, but the idea is to make it easier to browse and access applications without necessarily needing them to be on the homepage.

Open to feedback.

Test Plan:
(This screenshot merges "Organization", "Communication" and "Core" into a single "Core" group. We can't actually do this yet because it wrecks the homepage.)

e4a07e01b5 Update Phrequent to use new search infrastructure.
Summary:
This updates Phrequent to use new the search infrastructure. Now it looks like:

{F60141}

I've also added the policy infrastructure stubs, but it's probably not even close to being right in terms of enforcing policies (in particular being able to see time tracked against objects the user wouldn't normally be able to see).

At some point I'd like to be able to filter on the objects that the time is tracked against, but I don't believe there's a tokenizer / readahead control that allows you to type any kind of object.

Test Plan: Clicked around the new interface, created some custom queries and saved them.

the number of objects you are tracking in the navigation pane of the

e555b9025f Implemented Phrequent time tracking functionality.
Summary:
This differential implements Phrequent's time tracking
functionality for users and hooks it up to Maniphest. It
also includes a basic "Time Tracked" list for the Phrequent
application, where users can review what they've spent time
working on.

Test Plan:
Apply the patch and track some things in Maniphest. They
should appear in the "Time Tracked" view of Phrequent.

There is also a `phrequent.show-prompt` option which toggles
whether to display a prompt when tracking time. I'm unsure
of whether the prompt is useful or is more likely to cause
people to click "Track Time", go off and do the task and then
come back to the prompt still waiting for them to confirm. A
potential solution to the "accidentally clicking the button
and recording 2 seconds of time" might be to show a prompt
on stop if the total time is under 10 seconds, asking whether
the user wants to keep or discard the tracked time.
