This creates a common form look and feel across the site. I spent a bit of time working out a number of kinks in our various renderings. Some things:
- Font Styles are correctly applied for form elements now.
- Everything lines up!
- Selects are larger, easier to read, interact.
- Inputs have been squared.
- Consistant CSS applied glow (try it!)
- Improved Mobile Responsiveness
- CSS applied to all form elements, not just Aphront
- Many other minor tweaks.
I tried to hit as many high profile forms as possible in an effort to increase consistency. Stopped for now and will follow up after this lands. I know Evan is not a super fan of the glow, but after working with it for a week, it's way cleaner and responsive than the OS controls. Give it a try.

- Ubuntu
- Firefox
- Actually looking very nice. Rounded borders and orange border on focus are default from UA style sheet?
- Chrome
- Looks ugly. 2px inset mid-grey border. What you would expect from Win '95
- 1px inset mid-grey border (Win '98 style) + orange webkit outline.
- Windows
- IE9
- Nice blocky text input with black border. Blue border upon hover. Really black border on focus?
- IE10
- Kind of same as IE9, though I had the feeling that it had a deeper black border
- Firefox
- Looks so normal that it is actually boring
- Chrome
- Looks pretty much normal, until focus where you get the webkit outlines. Ugly
No Mac, since I have no Mac. Also no iPhone/iPad. Have Android 4.1/WP8, though I never visited Phabricator with them

Ref T2644. This isn't perfect, but makes Pholio more-or-less usable on mobile. In particular:
- Inline comments drop below the image.
- Clicking the image lightboxes a full size version so you can scroll around it and inspect details.
- Clicking it again dismisses it.
Things that aren't good:
- Can't add inline comments. This seems complicated and not critical.
- Can't easily figure out which inline comments go where since there's no hover. Maybe let you tap them? Not sure if we really need this.
- Thumbs are between image and image data. I'm planning to get rid of the thumbs and do swipe left/right instead.
- It would be nice to scroll the lightbox to center on the part of the image you tapped. I just thought of this, though.

Fixes T2293.
We currently hard-require this in setup. We do not need to; we don't actually need it until we start running daemons. Move it to post-install and provide more guidance.
We could make this even easier in the future, but we'd need to special case it, since it's dangerous to let it be set to any value (if you set it to the wrong value, you can't log in). We could safely have a workflow which writes the current request URI into the database configuration, or a two-stage workflow where we set the URI and then verify it, but these both imply some special casing and complication. This should be a step forward from where we are today, regardless.

This is basicaly a light version of D4286. The major problem with D4286 is that it's a huge leap and completely replaces the setup process in one step.
Instead, I want to do this:
- Add the post-setup warnings (yellow bar with "6 unresolved warnings...").
- Copy all setup checks into post-setup warnings (so every check has an old-style check and a new-style check).
- Run that for a little bit and make sure it's stable.
- Implement fatal post-setup checks (the red screen, vs the yellow bar).
- Run that for a little bit.
- Nuke setup mode and delete all the old checks.
This should give us a bunch of very gradual steps toward the brave new world of simpler setup.
Test Plan:
- Faked APC setup failures, saw warnings raise.
- Verified that this runs after restart (get + set).

Issues here:
- Need an application-sized "eye", or a "home" icon for "Phabricator Home".
- Some of the "apps_lb_2x" sliced images are the "_dark_" versions, not the light versions.
- If you slice an application-sized "logout" (power off) icon and application-sized "help" (questionmark in circle) icon I can replace the current menu icons and nearly get rid of "autosprite".
- To replace the icons on /applications/, the non-retina size is "4x", so we'd need "8x" for retina. Alternatively I can reduce the icon sizes by 50%.
- The "Help", "Settings" and "Logout" items currently have a "glowing" hover state, which needs a variant (or we can drop it).
- The /applications/ icons have a white hover state (or we can drop it).
- The 1x application (14x14) icons aren't used anywhere right now, should they be? Maybe in the feed in the future, etc?
- The "apps-2x" and "apps-large" sheets are the same image, but getting them to actually use the same file is a bit tricky, so I just left them separate for now.

Support placeholder text for inputs. We currently don't use this because it requires JS and doesn't degrade (no JS means you have zero idea what the input is for if it isn't separately labeled) but there are some cases where intent is obvious from context (for example, the search input in the menu bar, which is fairly obvious on its own and will soon have a magnifying glass icon) and in such cases it's much prettier and saves a bunch of space over an explicit label. Add a behavior so we can add placeholders where they make sense.
This implementation is somewhat sanity-checked agianst the two jQuery placeholder implementations I was able to google:
https://github.com/danielstocks/jQuery-Placeholder/https://github.com/mathiasbynens/jquery-placeholder
Since we don't currently have any uses cases, I haven't included support for making JS access to the `value` work, for password inputs, or for dynamically altering the placeholder.

various stripe stuff, including

- test controller to play with payment form, sample business logic
My main questions / discussion topics are...
- is the stripe PHP library too big? (ie should I write something more simple just for phabricator?)
-- if its cool, what is the best way to include the client? (ie should I make it a submodule rather than the flat copy here?)
- is the JS I wrote (too) ridiculous?
-- particularly unhappy with the error message stuff being in JS *but* it seemed the best choice given the most juicy error messages come from the stripe JS such that the overall code complexity is lowest this way.
- how should the stripe JS be included?
-- flat copy like I did here?
-- some sort of external?
-- can we just load it off stripe servers at request time? (I like that from the "if stripe is down, stripe is down" perspective)
- wasn't sure if the date control was too silly and should just be baked into the form?
-- for some reason I feel like its good to be prepared to walk away from Stripe / switch providers here, though I think this is on the wrong side of pragmatic

Like the title says, similar to Facebook Tasks.
Not sure how I really feel about this, but I guess it's kind of OK? I never used
this feature in Facebook Tasks but I think some people like it.
The drag-and-drop to repri across priorities feels okayish.
Because subpriority is a double and we just split the difference when
reprioritizing, you lose ~a bit of precision every time you repri two tasks
against each other and so you can break it by swapping the priorities of two
tasks ~50 times. This case is pretty silly and pathological. We can add some
code to deal with this at some point if necessary.
I think this also fixes the whacky task layout widths once and for all.
(There are a couple of minor UI glitches like headers not vanishing and header
counts not updating that I'm not fixing because I am lazy.)

**Who can delete global rules?**: I discussed this with @jungejason. The current behavior is that the rule author or any administrator can delete a global rule, but this
isn't consistent with who can edit a rule (anyone) and doesn't really make much sense (it's an artifact of the global/personal split). I proposed that anyone can delete a
rule but we don't actually delete them, and log the deletion. However, when it came time to actually write the code for this I backed off a bit and continued actually
deleting the rules -- I think this does a reasonable job of balancing accountability with complexity. So the new impelmentation is:
- Personal rules can be deleted only by their owners.
- Global rules can be deleted by any user.
- All deletes are logged.
- Logs are more detailed.
- All logged actions can be viewed in aggregate.
**Minor Cleanup**
- Merged `HomeController` and `AllController`.
- Moved most queries to Query classes.
- Use AphrontFormSelectControl::renderSelectTag() where appropriate (this is a fairly recent addition).
- Use an AphrontErrorView to render the dry run notice (this didn't exist when I ported).
- Reenable some transaction code (this works again now).
- Removed the ability for admins to change rule authors (this was a little buggy, messy, and doesn't make tons of sense after the personal/global rule split).
- Rules which depend on other rules now display the right options (all global rules, all your personal rules for personal rules).
- Fix a bug in AphrontTableView where the "no data" cell would be rendered too wide if some columns are not visible.
- Allow selectFilter() in AphrontNavFilterView to be called without a 'default' argument.

Summary:
This seems like the least-bad solution to the issues mentioned in T684: when we
need to x-scroll the main page area, scroll that div rather than the surrounding
page chrome.
I played around with a bunch of other possible solutions but they all seem bad
in some way or another. The tricky part here is that I want the real background
to be grey so that the footer color is grey even if the page is very short and
the browser window is very tall.
The only downside here is that the scrollbar appears in a somewhat unusual
place, but I think that's OK?
Actually, it's kind of terrible if people really use the scrollbar to scroll
horizontally rather than two-finger swipe or shift+mousewheel or the arrow keys.
So maybe this isn't good.
If this is no good, I think we need to make design sacrifices (not necessarily a
big deal; I'm not married to how the footer behaves) or someone much better than
I am at CSS needs to tell me how to fix this (@mroch / @tomo)?.

Summary:
Sometimes, elements in a property table at the top of a differential
revision view or maniphest task detail view will have a minimum width
that is too wide to fit in the table without causing the table's width
to exceed the width of its parent div. This diff changes the table layout
algorithm so that the table's width never exceeds the width of its parent
div. In the case of a code block causing the excess width, it puts a
scrollbar on the block instead of letting content spill out.
Due to the way the fixed table layout algorithm works, the width of the
left column (containing headers) is set to a fixed width. I chose a width
for differential that works with the default headers, but site-specific
headers might not fit.
Test Plan:
Created a task, added a code block in the description that had an
unreasonably long line in it, and visually verified that the <td>

When you click a line number link in Git from a branch tip, it takes you to
"...;origin/master$..." which (a) doesn't work and (b) doesn't permanently
reference the line.
Link to the "stable commit name" instead.
Also fix a few other bugs/warnings/layout things.
Test Plan:
Clicked line number links in Git and SVN repositories, browsed around stuff,
checked error log.

Summary:
Provide an "isAdmin" flag for users, to designate administrative users.
Restore the account editing interface and allow it to set role flags and reset
passwords.
Provide an "isDisabled" flag for users and shut down all system access for them.
Test Plan:
Created "admin" and "disabled" users. Did administrative things with the admin
user. Tried to do stuff with the disabled user and was rebuffed. Tried to access
administrative interfaces with a normal non-admin user and was denied.

Differential Revision: 278
Summary:
Moves shared code from Differential and Maniphest comment previews into
PhabricatorShapedRequest, and then implements Maniphest previews.
This doesn't implement comment drafts, I'll follow up with that but it requires
this and is completely separable.
This also always shows the preview as "commented" rather than previewing the
actual transaction. I'll follow up with that but I think it will require a
little factoring and this is useful even without transaction details.
I need to tweak the styling a bit too.
Test Plan:
Typed text in Maniphest and Differential. Toggled Differential action. Made
comments.

Differential Revision: 258
Summary:
Add links to the 'standalone view' to grab the raw source text. I think this
operation is rare enough that it's okay to hide it like this. I changed
'Standalone View' to 'View Standalone / Raw' to improve discoverability.
This also fixes the broken Standalone View links in Diffusion by no longer
rendering them.
Test Plan:
viewed old and new sources for a changeset
