6c43d1d52c Remove "willRenderTimeline()" from ApplicationTransactionInterface
Summary:
Depends on D19914. Ref T11351. Some of the Phoilo rabbit holes go very deep.

`PhabricatorApplicationTransactionInterface` currently requires you to implement `willRenderTimeline()`. Almost every object just implements this as `return $timeline`; only Pholio, Diffusion, and Differential specialize it. In all cases, they are specializing it mostly to render inline comments.

The actual implementations are a bit of a weird mess and the way the data is threaded through the call stack is weird and not very modern.

Try to clean this up:

  - Stop requiring `willRenderTimeline()` to be implemented.
  - Stop requiring `getApplicationTransactionViewObject()` to be implemented (only the three above, plus Legalpad, implement this, and Legalpad's implementation is a no-op). These two methods are inherently pretty coupled for almost any reasonable thing you might want to do with the timeline.
  - Simplify the handling of "renderdata" and call it "View Data". This is additional information about the current view of the transaction timeline that is required to render it correctly. This is only used in Differential, to decide if we can link an inline comment to an anchor on the same page or should link it to another page. We could perhaps do this on the client instead, but having this data doesn't seem inherently bad to me.
  - If objects want to customize timeline rendering, they now implement `PhabricatorTimelineInterface` and provide a `TimelineEngine` which gets a nice formal stack.

This leaves a lot of empty `willRenderTimeline()` implementations hanging around. I'll remove these in the next change, it's just going to be deleting a couple dozen copies of an identical empty method implementation.

Test Plan:
  - Viewed audits, revisions, and mocks with inline comments.
  - Used "Show Older" to page a revision back in history (this is relevant for "View Data").
  - Grepped for symbols: willRenderTimeline, getApplicationTransactionViewObject, Legalpad classes.

de7f836f03 Wrap edge transaction readers in a translation layer
Summary:
Ref T13051. This puts a translation layer between the raw edge data in the transaction table and the UI that uses it.

The intent is to start writing new, more compact data soon. This class give us a consistent API for interacting with either the new or old data format, so we don't have to migrate everything upfront.

Test Plan: Browsed around, saw existing edge transactions render properly in transactions and feed. Added and removed subscribers and projects, saw good transaction rendering.

Summary:

Although these transactions are redudnant in the web view since you can see the information clearly on the page, they're more reasonably useful in mail.

48a74de0b6 Move all revision status transactions to modern values and mechanics
Summary:

  - All storage now records the modern modular transaction ("differential.revision.status"), not the obsolete non-modular transaction ("differential:status").
  - All storage now records the modern constants ("accepted"), not the obsolete numeric values ("2").

Test Plan:
  - Selected all the relevant rows before/after migration, data looked sane.
  - Browsed around, reviewed timelines, no changes after migration.

dccd799b1b Move many "reviewers" readers to new storage
Summary:
Ref T10967.

When we query for revisions with particular reviewers, use the new table to drive the query.

When we load revisions for use in the application, also use the new table to drive the query.

This doesn't convert everything: there's some old `loadRelationships()` stuff still using the old table. But this moves the major stuff over.

(This also changes the icon for "commented" from a question mark to a speech bubble.)

Test Plan:
  - Viewed revision lists and detail views on old and new code, saw identical outcomes.
  - Updated revisions, accepted/rejected/commented on revisions.

9e3baacc95 Restore old "author can not be a reviewer" rule to Transactions
Summary:
This is a bit messy, but not tooo bad:

  - In general, stop the author from being added as a reviewer.
  - In the specific case that "self accept" is enabled, allow it. This is easier than trying to special case it.
  - When commandeering, we make the author a reviewer and make the actor the author, but these happen after validation. At validation time, it looks like we're making the author a reviewer. Just special case this.
  - Provide a slightly nicer message when trying to add yourself from `arc`. We hit the Transactions message anyway, but it's not formatted as cleanly.
  - Don't try to add the author via Herald.

9e8bbdb3a2 Port Differential mail features forward to transactions
Summary:
Ref T2222. Brings the major mail features (affected files, patches) forward.

This drops some of the minor integrations which just show object state (like "Maniphest Tasks") since I think they're not very important. I'll put them back if users miss them.

Test Plan: Sent mail with inline/attached patches.

a5fbe921b7 Use CustomFields in differential.createrevision
Summary:
Ref T2222. Ref T3886. Medium term goal is to remove `DifferentialRevisionEditor`.

This temporarily reduces a couple of pieces of functionality unique to the RevisionEditor, but I'm going to go clean those up in the next couple diffs.

Test Plan: Used `arc diff --create` to create several revisions with different data.

bca0ad8fdd Make "EditPro" controller work with diff updates
Summary:
Ref T2222. Make the "EditPro" controller accommodate diff updates, and support the transaction type. This one is pretty straightforward.

Also make `revisionPHID` in the comments table nullable to fix the "Edit" action.

Test Plan:
  - Created new revision.
  - Updated revision.
  - Tried to do some invalid stuff.

a69cca9fbb Update overall revision status after reviewers change
Summary:
Ref T2222. This doesn't feel super clean, but doesn't feel too bad either.

Basically, Differential transactions can have secondary state-based effects (changing the overall revision status) when reviewers resign, are removed, accept, or reject revisions.

To deal with this in ApplicationTransactions, I did this:

  - `applyFinalEffects()` can now alter the transaction set (notably, add new ones). This mostly matters for email, notifications and feed.
  - In Differential, check for an overall revision state transition in `applyFinalEffects()` (e.g., your reject moving the revision to a rejected state).
  - I'm only writing the transaction if the transition is implied and indirect.
    - For example, if you "Plan Changes", that action changes the state on its own so there's no implicit state change transaction added.

The transactions themselves are kind of fluff, but it seems useful to keep a record of when state changes occurred in the transaction log. If people complain we can hide/remove them.

ca8c2c2d11 Implement Accept/Reject in ApplicationTransactions, approximately
Summary: Ref T2222. This mostly makes Accept/Reject work. The big missing piece is that overall revision status does not yet update properly. I need to think about how I want that to work a little bit more.
