11fd6afeb1 Move Timeline icons to Fonts
Summary: Throwing this up for testing, swapped out all icons in timeline for their font equivelants. Used better icons where I could as well. We should feel free to use more / be fun with the icons when possible since there is no penalty anymore.

Test Plan: I browsed many, not all, timelines in my sandbox and in IE8. Some of these were just swagged, but I'm expecting we'll do more SB testing before landing.

e78df59ced Maniphest Tasks + Project Boards - some polish
Summary:
Fixes T4550 by changing supportsFeed to shouldPublishFeedStory, so things can be more granular like that are with mail. Attempts to fix things generally too, filtering out xactions that have no business in feed, etc.

Also return an updated Task HTML representation on drag and drop moves, etc. This is important so if the priority changes you can see it reflected in the UI.

Test Plan: dragged tasks around. observed no feed stories on subpriority drags. observed feed stories and updated color bars on stories that changed priority

a69cca9fbb Update overall revision status after reviewers change
Summary:
Ref T2222. This doesn't feel super clean, but doesn't feel too bad either.

Basically, Differential transactions can have secondary state-based effects (changing the overall revision status) when reviewers resign, are removed, accept, or reject revisions.

To deal with this in ApplicationTransactions, I did this:

  - `applyFinalEffects()` can now alter the transaction set (notably, add new ones). This mostly matters for email, notifications and feed.
  - In Differential, check for an overall revision state transition in `applyFinalEffects()` (e.g., your reject moving the revision to a rejected state).
  - I'm only writing the transaction if the transition is implied and indirect.
    - For example, if you "Plan Changes", that action changes the state on its own so there's no implicit state change transaction added.

The transactions themselves are kind of fluff, but it seems useful to keep a record of when state changes occurred in the transaction log. If people complain we can hide/remove them.

21de2b1a0c Make Projects a PhabricatorSubscribableInterface, but with restricted defaults
Summary:
Ref T4379. I want project subscriptions to work like this (yell if this seems whacky, since it makes subscriptions mean somethign a little different for projects than they do for other objects):

  - You can only subscribe to a project if you're a project member.
  - When you're added as a member, you're added as a subscriber.
  - When you're removed as a member, you're removed as a subscriber.
  - While you're a member, you can optionally unsubscribe.

From a UI perspective:

  - We don't show the subscriber list, since it's going to be some uninteresting subset of the member list.
  - We don't show CC transactions in history, since they're an uninteresting near-approximation of the membership transactions.
  - You only see the subscription controls if you're a member.

To do this, I've augmented `PhabricatorSubscribableInterface` with two new methods. It would be nice if we were on PHP 5.4+ and could just use traits for this, but we should get data about version usage before we think about this. For now, copy/paste the default implementations into every implementing class.

Then, I implemented the interface in `PhabricatorProject` but with alternate defaults.

Test Plan:
  - Used the normal interaction on existing objects.
  - This has no actual effect on projects, verified no subscription stuff mysteriously appeared.
  - Hit the new error case by fiddling with the UI.

2a5c987c71 Lock policy queries to their applications
Summary:
While we mostly have reasonable effective object accessibility when you lock a user out of an application, it's primarily enforced at the controller level. Users can still, e.g., load the handles of objects they can't actually see. Instead, lock the queries to the applications so that you can, e.g., never load a revision if you don't have access to Differential.

This has several parts:

  - For PolicyAware queries, provide an application class name method.
  - If the query specifies a class name and the user doesn't have permission to use it, fail the entire query unconditionally.
  - For handles, simplify query construction and count all the PHIDs as "restricted" so we get a UI full of "restricted" instead of "unknown" handles.

Test Plan:
  - Added a unit test to verify I got all the class names right.
  - Browsed around, logged in/out as a normal user with public policies on and off.
  - Browsed around, logged in/out as a restricted user with public policies on and off. With restrictions, saw all traces of restricted apps removed or restricted.

8c1c6fec5a Modernize policies in Paste and Macro
Summary:
Ref T603. Fixes T2823. This updates Paste and Macro.

  - **Paste**
    - Added default view policy.
    - I didn't add a "create" policy, since I can't come up with any realistic scenario where you'd give users access to pastes but not let them create them.
  - **Macro**
    - Added a "manage" policy, which covers creating and editing macros. This lets an install only allow "People With An Approved Sense of Humor" or whatever to create macros.
    - Removed the "edit" policy, since giving individual users access to specific macros doesn't make much sense to me.
    - Changed the view policy to the "most public" policy the install allows.
    - Added view policy information to the header.

Also fix a couple of minor things in Maniphest.

Test Plan:
  - Set Paste policy, created pastes via web and Conduit, saw they got the right default policies.
  - Set Macro policy, tried to create/edit macros with valid and unauthorized users.

c4abf160cc Fix some file policy issues and add a "Query Workspace"
Summary:
Ref T603. Several issues here:

  1. Currently, `FileQuery` does not actually respect object attachment edges when doing policy checks. Everything else works fine, but this was missing an `array_keys()`.
  2. Once that's fixed, we hit a bunch of recursion issues. For example, when loading a User we load the profile picture, and then that loads the User, and that loads the profile picture, etc.
  3. Introduce a "Query Workspace", which holds objects we know we've loaded and know we can see but haven't finished filtering and/or attaching data to. This allows subqueries to look up objects instead of querying for them.
    - We can probably generalize this a bit to make a few other queries more efficient. Pholio currently has a similar (but less general) "mock cache". However, it's keyed by ID instead of PHID so it's not easy to reuse this right now.

This is a bit complex for the problem being solved, but I think it's the cleanest approach and I believe the primitive will be useful in the future.

073cb0e78c Make PhabricatorPolicyInterface require a getPHID() method
Summary:
Ref T603. This cleans up an existing callsite in the policy filter, and opens up some stuff in the future.

Some policy objects don't have real PHIDs:

  PhabricatorTokenGiven
  PhabricatorSavedQuery
  PhabricatorNamedQuery
  PhrequentUserTime
  PhabricatorFlag
  PhabricatorDaemonLog
  PhabricatorConduitMethodCallLog
  ConduitAPIMethod
  PhabricatorChatLogEvent
  PhabricatorChatLogChannel

Although it would be reasonable to add real PHIDs to some of these (like `ChatLogChannel`), it probably doesn't make much sense for others (`DaemonLog`, `MethodCallLog`). Just let them return `null`.

Also remove some duplicate `$id` and `$phid` properties. These are declared on `PhabricatorLiskDAO` and do not need to be redeclared.

Test Plan: Ran the `testEverythingImplemented` unit test, which verifies that all classes conform to the interface.

f1c75a6382 Allow construction of ApplicationSearch queries with GET
Summary:
Ref T3775 (discussion here). Ref T2625.

T3775 presents two problems:

  # Existing tools which linked to `/differential/active/epriestley/` (that is, put a username in the URL) can't generate search links now.
  # Humans can't edit the URL anymore, either.

I think (1) is an actual issue, and this fixes it. I think (2) is pretty fluff, and this doesn't really try to fix it, although it probably improves it.

The fix for (1) is:

  - Provide a helper to read a parameter containing either a list of user PHIDs or a list of usernames, so `/?users[]=PHID-USER-xyz` (from a tokenizer) and `/?users=alincoln,htaft` (from an external program) are equivalent inputs.
  - Rename all the form parameters to be more digestable (`authorPHIDs` -> `authors`). Almost all of them were in this form already anyway. This just gives us `?users=alincoln` instead of `userPHIDs=alincoln`.
  - Inside ApplicationSearch, if a request has no query associated with it but does have query parameters, build a query from the request instead of issuing the user's default query. Basically, this means that `/differential/` runs the default query, while `/differential/?users=x` runs a custom query.

9838251515 Make PhabricatorActionListView logged-out user savvy
Summary:
Fixes T2691. Now, all PhabricatorActionListViews in the codebase setObjectHref to $request->getRequestURI. This value is passed over to PhabricatorActionItems right before they are rendered. If a PhabricatorActionItem is a workflow and there is no user OR the user is logged out, we used this objectURI to construct a log in URI.

Potentially added some undesirable behavior to aggressively setUser (and later setObjectURI) from within the List on Actions... This should be okay-ish unless there was a vision of actions having different user objects associated with them. I think this is a safe assumption.

aae5f9efd3 Implement a more compact, general database-backed key-value cache
Summary:
See discussion in D4204. Facebook currently has a 314MB remarkup cache with a 55MB index, which is slow to access. Under the theory that this is an index size/quality problem (the current index is on a potentially-384-byte field, with many keys sharing prefixes), provide a more general index with fancy new features:

  - It implements PhutilKeyValueCache, so it can be a component in cache stacks and supports TTL.
  - It has a 12-byte hash-based key.
  - It automatically compresses large blocks of data (most of what we store is highly-compressible HTML).

Test Plan:
  - Basics:
    - Loaded /paste/, saw caches generate and save.
    - Reloaded /paste/, saw the page hit cache.
  - GC:
    - Ran GC daemon, saw nothing.
    - Set maximum lifetime to 1 second, ran GC daemon, saw it collect the entire cache.
  - Deflate:
    - Selected row formats from the database, saw a mixture of 'raw' and 'deflate' storage.
    - Used profiler to verify that 'deflate' is fast (12 calls @ 220us on my paste list).
  - Ran unit tests

7e37eb4827 Provide a highlighter cache for Paste
Summary:
D4188 adds a preview of Paste contents to the list, but gets slow for large lists if you have Pygments installed since it has to spend ~200ms/item highlighting them. Instead, cache the highlighted output.

  - Adds a Paste highlighting cache. This uses RemarkupCache because it has automatic GC and we don't have a more generalized cache for the moment.
  - Uses the Paste cache on paste list and paste detail.
  - Adds a little padding to the summary.
  - Adds "..." if there's more content.
  - Adds line count and language, if available. These are hidden on Mobile.
  - Nothing actually uses needRawContent() but I left it there since it doesn't hurt anything and is used internally (I thought the detail view did, but it uses the file content directly, and must for security reasons).

f306cab653 Use application icons for "Eye" menu and Crumbs
Summary:
Issues here:

  - Need an application-sized "eye", or a "home" icon for "Phabricator Home".
  - Some of the "apps_lb_2x" sliced images are the "_dark_" versions, not the light versions.
  - If you slice an application-sized "logout" (power off) icon and application-sized "help" (questionmark in circle) icon I can replace the current menu icons and nearly get rid of "autosprite".
  - To replace the icons on /applications/, the non-retina size is "4x", so we'd need "8x" for retina. Alternatively I can reduce the icon sizes by 50%.
  - The "Help", "Settings" and "Logout" items currently have a "glowing" hover state, which needs a variant (or we can drop it).
  - The /applications/ icons have a white hover state (or we can drop it).
  - The 1x application (14x14) icons aren't used anywhere right now, should they be? Maybe in the feed in the future, etc?
  - The "apps-2x" and "apps-large" sheets are the same image, but getting them to actually use the same file is a bit tricky, so I just left them separate for now.

ef85f49adc Delete license headers from files
Summary:
This commit doesn't change license of any file. It just makes the license implicit (inherited from LICENSE file in the root directory).

We are removing the headers for these reasons:

- It wastes space in editors, less code is visible in editor upon opening a file.
- It brings noise to diff of the first change of any file every year.
- It confuses Git file copy detection when creating small files.
- We don't have an explicit license header in other files (JS, CSS, images, documentation).
- Using license header in every file is not obligatory: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new.

This change is approved by Alma Chao (Lead Open Source and IP Counsel at Facebook).

Test Plan: Verified that the license survived only in LICENSE file and that it didn't modify externals.

51c4b199d0 Allow policy-aware queries to prefilter results
Summary:
Provides a simple way for policy-aware queries to pre-filter results without needing to maintain separate cursors, and fixes a bunch of filter-related edge cases.

  - For reverse-paged cursor queries, we previously reversed each individual set of results. If the final result set is built out of multiple pages, it's in the wrong order overall, with each page in the correct order in sequence. Instead, reverse everything at the end. This also simplifies construction of queries.
  - `AphrontCursorPagerView` would always render a "<< First" link when paging backward, even if we were on the first page of results.
  - Add a filtering hook to let queries perform in-application pre-policy filtering as simply as possible (i.e., without maintaing their own cursors over the result sets).

Test Plan: Made feed randomly prefilter half the results, and paged forward and backward. Observed correct result ordering, pagination, and next/previous links.

Summary:
  - Modernize the Paste Conduit API.
  - Deprecate 'paste.info'.
  - Make queries policy-aware.
  - Move methods into the application to support greater modularity.

Test Plan: Made `paste.query`, `paste.info`, `paste.create` calls. Browsed Paste interfaces. Forked a paste.

85bf88e400 Allow pastes to be flagged
Summary:
This does a few things:

  - Allows you to flag pastes. This is straightforward.
  - Allows Applications to register event listeners.
  - Makes object action lists emit a 'didrenderactions' event, so other applications can add more actions. The Flags application injects its action in this way. This should generally make it much easier to add actions to objects when we add new applications, with less code duplication and better modularity. We have a really hacky version of this in Differential that I want to get rid of in lieu of this more general approach. I'm going to make object lists do the same thing, so any application can jump in and add stuff.

Test Plan: Flagged and unflagged pastes. Viewed home page, differential, flags list.

We have this hybrid "create / last few pastes" landing screen right now but I ~never use the list at the bottom and it makes the controller kind of complicated. I want to let you edit pastes too, and this generally simplifies things.

fa5a5a0a12 Make the paste creation form work on phones
Summary:
This is the first time I've ever had CSS actually work like it promises it does (i.e., markup the "right" way and then you don't have to change the markup later).

Since I laboriously laid this whole thing out with <divs> originally, I was able to just override some of the styles and make the layout reasonable for devices.

The only differences for existing forms are:

  - No colon after labels (looks cleaner anyway).
  - Non-error required text is no longer a red star but a the grey word "Required" (this is clearer).

Test Plan:
Viewed paste form on a phone.

Viewed ~20 other forms on the site to verify that I didn't break anything.

I just put them in the property table instead of a list at the foot, they looked weird down there and were too bulky relative to their importance.

ed4a155c91 Rename "IDPaged" to "CursorPaged", "executeWithPager" to "executeWith[Cursor|Offset]Pager"
Summary:
I'm trying to make progress on the policy/visibility stuff since it's a blocker for Wikimedia.

First, I want to improve Projects so they can serve as policy groups (e.g., an object can have a visibility policy like "Visible to: members of project 'security'"). However, doing this without breaking anything or snowballing into a bigger change is a bit awkward because Projects are name-ordered and we have a Conduit API which does offset paging. Rather than breaking or rewriting this stuff, I want to just continue offset paging them for now.

So I'm going to make PhabricatorPolicyQuery extend PhabricatorOffsetPagedQuery, but can't currently since the `executeWithPager` methods would clash. These methods do different things anyway and are probably better with different names.

This also generally improves the names of these classes, since cursors are not necessarily IDs (in the feed case, they're "chronlogicalKeys", for example). I did leave some of the interals as "ID" since calling them "Cursor"s (e.g., `setAfterCursor()`) seemed a little wrong -- it should maybe be `setAfterCursorPosition()`. These APIs have very limited use and can easily be made more consistent later.

Test Plan: Browsed around various affected tools; any issues here should throw/fail in a loud/obvious way.

5f0d8e09d8 Use "user-select: none" to provide a visual cue about copy/paste JS magic
Summary:
  - For line numbers, use "user-select: none" to make them unselectable. This provides a stronger visual cue that copy/paste is enchanted.
  - In Paste, make it look sensible again after the blame-on-blame refactor in Diffusion. See also TODO to share this code formally.
  - In Diffusion, use the "phabricator-oncopy" behavior.

NOTE: I left blame/commit columns selectable in Diffusion, since you might reasonably want to copy/paste them?

NOTE: In Differential, the left side of the diff still highlights, even though it will be copied only if you select part of a line on the left and nothing else. But this seemed like a reasonable behavior, so I left it.

Test Plan:
  - Looked at Paste. Saw a nice line number column. Selected text, got the expected selection. Copied text, got the expected copy.
  - Looked at Diffusion. Saw a nice line number column, still. Selected text, got expected selection. Copied text, got expected copy.
  - Looked at Differential. Highlighted stuff, got expected results. Copied stuff, got expected results.

ded641ae32 Add basic per-object privacy policies
Summary:
Provides a basic start for access policies. Objects expose various capabilities, like CAN_VIEW, CAN_EDIT, etc., and set a policy for each capability. We currently implement three policies, PUBLIC (anyone, including logged-out), USERS (any logged-in) and NOONE (nobody). There's also a way to provide automatic capability grants (e.g., the owner of an object can always see it, even if some capability is set to "NOONE"), but I'm not sure how great the implementation feels and it might change.

Most of the code here is providing a primitive for efficient policy-aware list queries. The problem with doing queries naively is that you have to do crazy amounts of filtering, e.g. to show the user page 6, you need to filter at least 600 objects (and likely more) before you can figure out which ones are 500-600 for them. You can't just do "LIMIT 500, 100" because that might have only 50 results, or no results. Instead, the query looks like "WHERE id > last_visible_id", and then we fetch additional pages as necessary to satisfy the request.

The general idea is that we move all data access to Query classes and have them do object filtering. The ID paging primitive allows efficient paging in most cases, and the executeOne() method provides a concise way to do policy checks for edit/view screens.

We'll probably end up with mostly broader policy UIs or configuration-based policies, but there are at least a few cases for per-object privacy (e.g., marking tasks as "Security", and restricting things to the members of projects) so I figured we'd start with a flexible primitive and the simplify it in the UI where we can.

Test Plan: Unit tests, played around in the UI with various policy settings.
