f097c9c595 Disable "Subprojects" menu item for milestone projects
Summary:
Ref T10010. Milestones can't have subprojects, so this item isn't very useful.

I think there is also an argument for disabling "Members", but that panel is a little less useless and explains the membership rule, so I'm less certain about removing it. I do generally lean toward removing it at some point, though.

Test Plan:
  - Viewed a milestone, no "Subprojects" menu item.
  - Viewed a normal project, saw item.
  - Edited both menus, saw consistent UI.

51ed95c00b Give profile menus more straightforward hide/disable/delete/default interactions
Summary:
Ref T10054.

  - Just let users delete non-builtin items.
  - Let users choose a default item explicitly.
  - Do a better job of cleaning up items which no longer exist or belong to uninstalled applications.

(NOTE) This has one user-facing change: workboards are no longer the default on projects with workboards. I think this is probably OK since we're giving users a ton of new toys at the same time, but I'll write some docs at least.

Test Plan:
  - Deleted custom items.
  - Disabled/enabled builtin items.
  - Made various things defaults.
  - Uninstalled Maniphest, saw Workboards tab disappear entirely.

a761f73384 Allow index extensions to skip indexing if the object has not changed
Summary:
Fixes T9890. This allows IndexExtensions to emit an object version.

Before we build indexes, we check if the indexed version is the same as the current version. If it is, we just don't call that extension.

T9890 has a case where this is useful: a script went crazy and posted thousands of comments to a single task.

Without versioning, that results in the same comments being indexed over and over again. With versioning, most of the queue could just exit without doing any work.

Test Plan:
  - Added a `sleep(1)` to the actual indexing, used `bin/search index --background` to queue up a lot of tasks, ran them with `bin/phd debug task`, saw them complete very quickly with only one actual index operation performed.
  - Used `bin/search index --trace` and `bin/search index --trace --background` to observe the behavior of queries against the index version store, which looked sensible.
  - Made comments/transactions, saw versions update.
  - Used `bin/remove destroy`, verified index versions were purged.

d67b7f0f47 Correct column mutations for old versions of MySQL
Summary:
Ref T1191. Although I fixed some of the mutations earlier (in D10598), I missed the column mutations under old versions of MySQL. In particular, this isn't valid:

  - `ALTER TABLE ... MODIFY columnName VARCHAR(64) COLLATE binary`

Issue the permitted version of this instead, which is:

  - `ALTER TABLE ... MODIFY columnName VARBINARY(64)`

Also fixed an issue where a clean schema had the wrong nullability for a column in the draft table. Force it to the expected nullability.

The other trick here is around the one column with a FULLTEXT index on it, which needs a little massaging.

Test Plan:
  - Forced my local install to return `false` for utf8mb4 support.
  - Did a clean adjust into `binary` columns.
  - Poked around, added emoji to things.
  - Reverted the fake check and did a clean adjust into `utf8mb4` columns.
  - Emoji survived.

8fa8415c07 Automatically build all Lisk schemata
Summary:
Ref T1191. Now that the whole database is covered, we don't need to do as much work to build expected schemata. Doing them database-by-database was helpful in converting, but is just reudndant work now.

Instead of requiring every application to build its Lisk objects, just build all Lisk objects.

I removed `harbormaster.lisk_counter` because it is unused.

It would be nice to autogenerate edge schemata, too, but that's a little trickier.

4eb4399640 Convert SavedQuery / NamedQuery to text, not bytes
Summary: Ref T1191. Similar issue to D10613. Summary:
Ref T1191. Notable:

  - Drops a very old saved query table. See comments inline: plan was to remove it after a year. It's been ~a year and two weeks.
  - This has our only fulltext index. I'm not supporting that formally for now, but left a note.
  - This has our only MyISAM table. I'm not supporting that explicitly for now, but it shouldn't affect anything. I may deal with this in the future.
  - These tables don't actually write directly via Lisk, so there's some fiddling to get the schemata right.

a48128d36f Partially use ApplicationSearch in main search
Summary:
Ref T4365. Primary search currently uses `PhabricatorSearchQuery` for storage, which is pretty much the same as `PhabricatorSavedQuery`, except that it's old and not used anywhere else anymore.

Maniphest used to also use this table, but no longer does after Septmeber, 2013. We need to retain the class so the migration can work.

This introduces `PhabricatorSearchApplicationSearchEngine` and `PhabricatorSearchDocumentQuery`, but they're both stubs that I just needed for technical reasons and/or to pass lint. The next couple patches will move logic into them and use ApplicationSearch properly.

ef85f49adc Delete license headers from files
Summary:
This commit doesn't change license of any file. It just makes the license implicit (inherited from LICENSE file in the root directory).

We are removing the headers for these reasons:

- It wastes space in editors, less code is visible in editor upon opening a file.
- It brings noise to diff of the first change of any file every year.
- It confuses Git file copy detection when creating small files.
- We don't have an explicit license header in other files (JS, CSS, images, documentation).
- Using license header in every file is not obligatory: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new.

This change is approved by Alma Chao (Lead Open Source and IP Counsel at Facebook).

Test Plan: Verified that the license survived only in LICENSE file and that it didn't modify externals.

a5f8846f47 Use a unique random key to identify queries, not a sequential ID
Summary:
We save search information and then redirect to a "/search/<query_id>/" URI in
order to make search URIs short and bookmarkable, and save query data for
analysis/improvement of search results.

Currently, there's a vague object enumeration security issue with using
sequential IDs to identify searches, where non-admins can see searches other
users have performed. This isn't really too concerning but we lose nothing by
using random keys from a large ID space instead.

  - Drop 'authorPHID', which was unused anyway, so searches can not be
personally identified, even by admins.
  - Identify searches by random hash keys, not sequential IDs.
  - Map old queries' keys to their IDs so we don't break any existing bookmarked
URIs.

Test Plan: Ran several searches, got redirected to URIs with random hashes from
a large ID space rather than sequential integers.

b8e08f34f7 Provide an indirection layer between documents and the search engine
Summary:
In preparation for adding another search engine (see T355):

  - Rename "executor" to "engine".
  - Move all engine-specific operations into the engine. Specifically, this
means that indexing moves out of the document store and into the engine (it was
sort of silly where it was before).
  - Split choice of an engine into an overridable "selector" class, a base API,
and a concrete MySQL implementation (just like storage engine selection).
  - Make all callers go through the indirection layer.

The default selector just unconditionally selects the MySQL engine, but now
(with D786) I can build an Elastic Search engine and you guys can build a
multi-target engine if you want and I don't get there fast enough.

  - Created a new document (task).
