fbfed82efd Add a missing DaemonLogEvent key for garbage collection
Summary: See PHI176. This is issued periodically by the garbage collector. Normally this table is relatively small-ish so this missing key isn't hugely noticeable.

Test Plan:
Ran `./bin/garbage collect --collector daemon.processes --trace` to get the query the GC runs.

Ran ##DELETE FROM `daemon_logevent` WHERE epoch < 1508443504 LIMIT 100## before and after the key, saw a much better query plan afterward:

Before:

```
mysql> explain DELETE FROM `daemon_logevent` WHERE epoch < 1508443504 LIMIT 100;
+----+-------------+-----------------+------+---------------+------+---------+------+-------+-------------+
| id | select_type | table           | type | possible_keys | key  | key_len | ref  | rows  | Extra       |
+----+-------------+-----------------+------+---------------+------+---------+------+-------+-------------+
1 row in set (0.00 sec)
```

After:

```
mysql> explain DELETE FROM `daemon_logevent` WHERE epoch < 1508443504 LIMIT 100;
+----+-------------+-----------------+-------+---------------+-----------+---------+-------+------+-------------+
69538274c1 Garbage collect old daemon records based on modification date, not creation date
Summary:
Fixes T12720. Currently, old daemon records are collected based on creation date. By default, the GC collects them after 7 days.
After T12298, this can incorrectly collect hibernating daemons which are in state "wait".
In all cases, this could fail to collect daemons which are stuck in "running" for a long time for some reason. This doesn't seem to be causing any problems right now, but it makes me hesitant to do "dateCreated + not running or waiting" since that might make this become a problem, or make an existing problem with this that we just haven't bumped into worse.
Daemons always heartbeat periodically and update their rows, so `dateModified` is always fresh, so collect rows based only on modification date.
Test Plan:
  - Ran daemons (`bin/phd start`).
  - Waited a few minutes.
  - Verified that hibernating daemons in the "wait" state had fresh timestamps.
  - Verified that very old daemons still got GC'd properly.
```
mysql> select id, daemon, status, FROM_UNIXTIME(dateCreated), FROM_UNIXTIME(dateModified) from daemon_log;
+-------+--------------------------------------+--------+----------------------------+-----------------------------+
| id    | daemon                               | status | FROM_UNIXTIME(dateCreated) | FROM_UNIXTIME(dateModified) |

| 73390 | PhabricatorTaskmasterDaemon          | wait   | 2017-05-26 08:43:29        | 2017-05-26 08:46:35         |

+-------+--------------------------------------+--------+----------------------------+-----------------------------+
17 rows in set (0.00 sec)
```
Note that:
  - The oldest daemon is <7 days old -- I had some other older rows but they got GC'd properly.
  - The hibernating taskmasters (at the bottom, in state "wait") have recent/more-current `dateModified` dates than their `dateCreated` dates.
1c088822b4 Fix a fatal when viewing a daemon task with an invalid ID
Summary:
Fixes T11295. Prior to this change, the "404 page" for daemon tasks fatals.
This page is special cased a little bit and not a normal 404 page, because it's possible for you to click a valid link and the task to get GC'd by the time you load the page, or similar. It tries to be a little more user-friendly than a bare 404.
  - Makes the main "running daemons" table more useful for multi-host setups (show where daemons are running).
  - Removes logs from the web UI: these are sometimes vaguely sensitive and shouldn't be visible. The UI tells you how to get them with `bin/phd log`.
3215899925 Execute Maniphest batch edits in the background with a web UI progress bar
Summary:
Ref T8637. This does nothing interesting, just has empty scaffolding for a bulk job queue.
Basic idea is that when you do something like a batch edit in Maniphest, we:
  - Create a BulkJob with all the details.
  - Queue a worker to start the job.
  - Send you to a progress bar page for the job.
In the background:
  - The "start job" worker creates a ton of Task objects, then queues worker tasks to do the work.
In the foreground:
  - Fancy ajax animates the progress bar and it goes wooosh.
In general:
  - Big jobs actually work.
  - Jobs get logged.
  - You can monitor jobs.
  - Terrible junk like T8637 should be much harder to write and much easier to catch and diagnose.
f5580c7a08 Make buildWhereClause() a method of AphrontCursorPagedPolicyAwareQuery
Summary:
Ref T4100. Ref T5595.
To support a unified "Projects:" query across all applications, a future diff is going to add a set of "Edge Logic" capabilities to `PolicyAwareQuery` which write the required SELECT, JOIN, WHERE, HAVING and GROUP clauses for you.
With the addition of "Edge Logic", we'll have three systems which may need to build components of query claues: ordering/paging, customfields/applicationsearch, and edge logic.
For most clauses, queries don't currently call into the parent explicitly to get default components. I want to move more query construction logic up the class tree so it can be shared.
For most methods, this isn't a problem, but many subclasses define a `buildWhereClause()`. Make all such definitions protected and consistent.
This causes no behavioral changes.
Test Plan: Ran `arc unit --everything`, which does a pretty through job of verifying this statically.
b467e58358 Fix two minor issues
Summary:
Ref T7811. Fixes two minor issues I observed in the cluster:
  - Sometimes APC doesn't give us key names. Not sure exactly what's up here, but we can do a better job with this.
  - The `%` in `25%` actually needs more escaping, since it's interpreted by both `pht()` (immediately) and `console_format()` (later).
Test Plan:
  - First one is just from an error log, not sure how to repro offhand.
  - Ran `bin/phd help start` for the second one.
bc28b2c3a8 Examine fewer daemons for variant config
Summary:
Right now, if a daemon dies it can leave the setup warning around for like 10 minutes or something until we reap it.
Tighten the warning so we only care about actively running daemons.
Test Plan: Checked setup issues.
a3518e19a5 Merge GC daemon into Trigger daemon
Summary:
Fixes T7352. This reduces the memory footprint for instances by combining these two similar daemons into one daemon which handles the responsibilities of both.
The fit isn't 100% perfect here but it's pretty close, and the GC daemon is fairly trivial.
Test Plan:
  - Adjusted all the numbers to small numbers (5 second sleep, 120 second GC length).
  - Added a ton of logging.
  - Started trigger daemon.
    - Saw it run a GC cycle.
    - Saw it reschedule another cycle after 120 seconds (adjusted down from 4 hours).
  - Reverted all the logging/small numbers.
  - Ran `bin/phd start`, saw stable trigger daemon running.
  - Grepped for removed daemon class name.
af303f458b Convert taskmasters to use an autoscale pool
Summary: Ref T7352. This is pretty straightforward. I renamed `phd.start-taskmasters` to `phd.taskmasters` for clarity.
Test Plan:
  - Ran `phd start`, `phd start --autoscale-reserve 0.25`, `phd restart --autoscale-reserve 0.25`, etc.
  - Examined PID file to see options were passed.
  - I'm defaulting this off (0 reserve) and making it a flag rather than an option because it's a very advanced feature which is probably not useful outside of instancing.
a354e5fa6b Track daemon unique IDs in Phabricator daemon logs
Summary:
Ref T7352. We were previously identifying things by `<daemonClass, overseerPID, startTime>` but that's not unique in a world where one overseer can run multiple daemons.
We already have an internal "daemonID", it just doesn't get written into the DB right now.
Start writing it, then use it to clean up `phd status`.
Test Plan: Ran `phd status`, got more accurate/useful output than previously.
ef22fe1e74 Add a --force command to phd start
Summary:
Ref T7352. This isn't wildly useful for us but seems generally reasonable, can be helpful with testing, and @hach-que has a use case for it.
The only reason we issue this warning is to prevent user error; you can still launch all the daemons with `phd launch` manually and daemons all use locks to protect critical regions.
Test Plan: Ran `phd start --force` a bunch, saw zillions of daemons.
f0f2b2cbeb Start all daemons under a single overseer
Summary:
Ref T7352. This moves all the daemons under one overseer. The primary goal is to reduce the minimum footprint of an instance in the Phacility cluster, by reducing the number of processes each instance needs to run on daemon-tier hosts.
This improves scalability by roughly a factor of 2.
Test Plan:
  - Ran `phd debug`, `phd launch, `phd start`. Saw normal behavior, with only one total overseer.
  - Fataled dameons and saw the overseer restar them normally.
  - Used `phd status` and `phd stop` and got reasonable results (`phd status` is still a touch off).
