- Break the buttons gradient apart into components and rebuild it (along with other gradients) into a single gradient sprite (possible after {D4099}).
- Use the sliced gradient for the crumbs background.

Minor tweaks to lightboxes.
- With "position: fixed;", we don't need to do any of the scroll/resize stuff. Just remove it.
- Make the lightbox go over the menu bar -- was it intentional that it wasn't?
- Make 'jx-mask' use "position: fixed;" too.
- Add a loading indicator.
- In Differential/Maniphest/etc, a preview may bring in an image but won't bring in the CSS we need. The "real" fix is to ship CSS/JS with ajax, but that's really hard -- fake it by pulling in the right CSS any time we render a remarkup area.
I'm going to do a couple of other tweaks here but need to update JX.Mask.
Test Plan: Verified behavior is reasonable in Safari, Firefox, Chrome with multiple images / scroll / previews / resize.

Summary: Our "html { overflow-y: scroll; }" makes Safari flip out when we put "hidden" on body. Instead, put the scroll on `body` and then replace it with `hidden` when the lightbox is visible.
Test Plan: In Safari, the body scrollbar vanishes when the lightbox is active and scrolling no longer causes spasms.

the rounded shape of the a.toggle buttons overlaps, and the text inside breaks
over multiple lines.

Summary:
We are marking disabled buttons with 'disabled' class in `behavior-form`.
But we ignore `JX.Workflow` there because it has its own handling.
But this handling doesn't set class so the button is disabled but it is not indicated to user.
It causes troubles in Clowncopterize where users report that browser freezes before doing anything after clicking it. It probably happens also on other places.
This diff solves it by using CSS3 selector on attribute (contrary to explicitly setting class in JX.Workflow).
Test Plan:
Add `sleep(3)` to `DifferentialCommentSaveController`.
Clowncopterize empty comment.

Summary:
There are several open Differential tasks that are basically blocked on not
having reasonable places in the UI to put things. Replace the "View Standalone /
Raw" button with a "View Options" dropdown menu so we can shove things like
"Expand All", "Fold / Unfold File", and "View in Diffusion" in there.
This doesn't change any behavior, just puts the existing options in a menu.

size of regular text and then gently scale upwards to the mighty
h1. i used margins so things would collapse nice and first-child /
last-child so there wouldn't be any longer-than-planned spacing.

Summary:
Sometimes, elements in a property table at the top of a differential
revision view or maniphest task detail view will have a minimum width
that is too wide to fit in the table without causing the table's width
to exceed the width of its parent div. This diff changes the table layout
algorithm so that the table's width never exceeds the width of its parent
div. In the case of a code block causing the excess width, it puts a
scrollbar on the block instead of letting content spill out.
Due to the way the fixed table layout algorithm works, the width of the
left column (containing headers) is set to a fixed width. I chose a width
for differential that works with the default headers, but site-specific
headers might not fit.
Test Plan:
Created a task, added a code block in the description that had an
unreasonably long line in it, and visually verified that the <td>
containing the <code> did not expand horizontally past the limit defined
by the <div> containing the <table>. I also loaded a differential revision
view and checked that its table looks sane.

Summary:
Although these filters work pretty well, you still end up doing a double take
sometimes. Make the behavior simpler and more consistent by adding an "All"
button to "Open / Closed" so all three rows behave the same way (before, the top
row was toggleable but the other rows were select-only-one).
I played around with the styles a little bit too to try to make the selected
state more obvious.
sandra/anjali, let me know if this is good enough once it lands or if I should
go further in playing around with the styles and making it more clear.
Test Plan:
Filtered tasks with the various filter buttons, verified the task list
accurately represented the filters.

Summary:
Previously, Remarkup allowed you to paste in an image URI and get an inline
image. However, it did this by hotlinking the image which isn't so hot in an
open source product.
Restore this feature, but use image proxying instead. The existing image macro
code does most of the work.
There is a mild security risk depending on the network setup so I've left this
default-disabled and made a note about it. It should be safe to enable for
Facebook.
Test Plan:
Pasted in image and non-image links, got reasonable behavior. Verified proxying
appears to work. Verified that file:// shenanigans produce 400.
