Summary:
When generating test data to solve a bug I have encountered, I noticed Lipsum was not working correctly for Differential Revisions and Pastes.
It seemed like they weren't updated after some refactoring. This fixes that by updating them.
Test Plan: Run Lipsum for all objects, and note that it has much less failure.

Summary: Ref T13099. Move most of the "Update" logic to modular transactions
Test Plan: Created and updated revisions. Flushed the task queue. Grepped for `TYPE_UPDATE`. Reviewed update transactions in the timeline and feed.

Summary:
Ref T10967. Improves some method names:
- `Revision->getReviewerStatus()` -> `Revision->getReviewers()`
- `Revision->attachReviewerStatus()` -> `Revision->attachReviewers()`
- `Reviewer->getStatus()` -> `Reviewer->getReviewerStatus()` (this is mostly to make this more greppable)
Test Plan:
- bunch o' `grep`
- Browsed around.
- If I missed anything, it should fatal in an obvious way. We have a lot of other `getStatus()` calls and it's hard to be sure I got them all.

Summary:
Ref T12319. Currently, `bin/lipsum` uses substring matches against human-readable text to chose which objects to generate.
Instead:
- Use separate selector keys which are guaranteed to be unique.
- When a match is exact, select only that generator.
- When a match is ambiguous, fail and warn the user.
Test Plan: Generated several types of objects, tried to generate ambiguous objects like "e".

Summary:
Ref T603. Allows the Differential view policy to be configured with a default.
I've omitted "edit" because I want to wait and see how comment/comment-action policies work out. I could imagine locking "edit" down to only the owner at some point, and providing a wider "interact" capability, or something like that, which would cover accept/reject/commandeer. Users in this group could still edit indirectly by commandeering first.
Test Plan: Created new revisions from the CLI and conduit.
