742d45b625 Modernize file embed Remarkup rule
Summary: Ref T603. Make this rule properly policy-aware, and extend from `PhabricatorRemarkupRuleObject`.

Test Plan:
  - Embedded an image, tested all options (name, link, float, layout, size).
  - Used lightbox to view several images.
  - Embedded a text file, tested all options (name).
  - Embedded audio, tested all options (loop, autoplay).
  - Attached a file via comment to a task, verified edge was created.
  - Attached a file via comment to a conpherence, verified edge was created.

98bf001a58 Add viewPolicy and attachedToObjectPHID to PhabricatorFile
Summary:
Ref T603. Principally, I want to implement the rule "when you upload a file to an object, users must be able to see the object in order to see the file", since I think this is strongly in line with user expectation. For example, if you attach a file to a Conpherence, it should only be visible to members of that thread.

This adds storage for policies, but doesn't do anything interesting with it yet.

Test Plan: Ran `bin/storage upgrade`.

472be5e26e Provide an attached-to-visible-object policy exception for files
Summary:
Ref T603. This uses the existing edges (from Conpherence) to record that a file is attached to an object, and uses those edges to create a policy exception: if you can view an attached object, you can view a file.

I'm going to combine this with restrictive defaults to satisfy the other half of the equation (that files you attach to a conpherence usually shouldn't be public by default).

Test Plan:
  - Loaded `/files/`.
  - Uploaded a file to a Conpherence, looked at it in Files, saw the attachment.

2e5ac128b3 Explain policy exception rules to users
Summary:
Ref T603. Adds clarifying text which expands on policies and explains exceptions and rules. The goal is to provide an easy way for users to learn about special policy rules, like "task owners can always see a task".

This presentation might be a little aggressive. That's probably OK as we introduce policies, but something a little more tempered might be better down the road.

Also, since we create files all sorts of ways, sometimes without even having a user, we don't bother logging transactions for those events. Fixes T3651. 402d2e2605 When deleting a file, delete all transformations of the file
Summary:
Fixes T3143. When a user deletes a file, delete all transforms of the file too. In particular, this means that deleting an image deletes all the thumbnails of the image.

In most cases, this aligns with user expectations. The only sort of weird case I can come up with is that memes are transformations of the source macro image, so deleting grumpycat will delete all the hilarious grumpycat memes. This seems not-too-unreasonable, though, and desirable if someone accidentally uploads an inappropriate image which is promptly turned into a meme.

Test Plan:
Added a unit test which covers both inbound and outbound transformations.

Uploaded a file and deleted it, verified its thumbnail was also deleted.

991bbb6242 Provide "builtin" files and use them to fix Pholio when files are deleted
Summary:
Fixes T3132. Currently, if a user deletes a file which is present in a mock, that mock throws an exception when loading. If the file is also the cover photo, the mock list throws an exception as well.

In other applications, we can sometimes deal with this (a sub-object vanishing) by implicitly hiding the parent object (for example, we can just vanish feed stories about objects which no longer exist). We can also sometimes deal with it by preventing sub-objects from being directly deleted.

However, neither approach is reasonable in this case.

If we vanish the whole mock, we'll lose all the comments and it will generally be weird. Vanishing a mock is a big deal compared to vanishing a feed story. We'll also need to load more data on the list view to prevent showing a mock on the list view and then realizing we need to vanish it on the detail view (because all of its images have been deleted).

We permit total deletion of files to allow users to recover from accidentally uploading sensitive files (which has happened a few times), and I'm hesitant to remove this capability because I think it serves a real need, so we can't prevent sub-objects from being deleted.

So we're left in a relatively unique situation. To solve this, I've added a "builtin" mechanism, which allows us to expose some resource we ship with as a PhabricatorFile. Then we just swap it out in place of the original file and proceed forward normally, as though nothing happened. The user sees a placeholder image instead of the original, but everything else works reasonably and this seems like a fairly acceptable outcome.

I believe we can use this mechanism to simplify some other code too, like default profile pictures.

Test Plan: Deleted a Pholio mock cover image's file. Implemented change, saw functional Pholio again with beautiful life-affirming "?" art replacing soul-shattering exception.

Only fun wrinkle here is I think Chad intended me to display "when the file was attached". Instead, I display when the file was *uploaded*. I think this jives better with our version where you can't delete and all that. Files are pretty powerful, long-living objects in Phabricator land.

Test Plan: added files to a conpherence and noted widget loaded updated okay. added a file with no author (generated by the system) and verified it still rendered okay. switched between conpherences and verified proper data in each files widget. uploaded image and text files to check the icons were correct.

ef85f49adc Delete license headers from files
Summary:
This commit doesn't change license of any file. It just makes the license implicit (inherited from LICENSE file in the root directory).

We are removing the headers for these reasons:

- It wastes space in editors, less code is visible in editor upon opening a file.
- It brings noise to diff of the first change of any file every year.
- It confuses Git file copy detection when creating small files.
- We don't have an explicit license header in other files (JS, CSS, images, documentation).
- Using license header in every file is not obligatory: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new.

This change is approved by Alma Chao (Lead Open Source and IP Counsel at Facebook).

Test Plan: Verified that the license survived only in LICENSE file and that it didn't modify externals.

0a4cbdff5e Straighten out Diffusion file integration
Summary:
This is in preparation for getting the "View Options" dropdown working on audits.

  - Use Files to serve raw data so we get all the security benefits of the alternate file domain. Although the difficulty of exploiting this is high (you need commit access to the repo) there's no reason to leave it dangling.
  - Add a "contentHash" to Files so we can lookup files by content rather than adding some weird linker table. We can do other things with this later, potentially.
  - Don't use 'data' URIs since they're crazy and we can just link to the file URI.
  - When showing a binary file or an image, don't give options like "show highlighted text with blame" or "edit in external editor" since they don't make any sense.
  - Use the existing infrastructure to figure out if things are images or binaries instead of an ad-hoc thing in this class.

Test Plan: Looked at text, image and binary files in Diffusion. Verified we reuse existing files if we've already generated them.

f0e9df1fda Improve UI hints and error messages for supported file types
Summary:
We give you a pretty bad error right now if your server doesn't have, say, png support, saying "only png is supportd loololloo".

Instead, show you which formats are supported in the error messsage, and tell you upfront.

Test Plan: Tried to upload supported and unsupported images, got appropriate errors and supported format text.

549146bc7c Move ALL files to serve from the alternate file domain, not just files without
"Content-Disposition: attachment"

Summary:
We currently serve some files off the primary domain (with "Content-Disposition:
attachment" + a CSRF check) and some files off the alternate domain (without
either).

This is not sufficient, because some UAs (like the iPad) ignore
"Content-Disposition: attachment". So there's an attack that goes like this:

	- Alice uploads xss.html
	- Alice says to Bob "hey download this file on your iPad"
        - Bob clicks "Download" on Phabricator on his iPad, gets XSS'd.

NOTE: This removes the CSRF check for downloading files. The check is nice to
have but only raises the barrier to entry slightly. Between iPad / sniffing /
flash bytecode attacks, single-domain installs are simply insecure. We could
restore the check at some point in conjunction with a derived authentication
cookie (i.e., a mini-session-token which is only useful for downloading files),
but that's a lot of complexity to drop all at once.

(Because files are now authenticated only by knowing the PHID and secret key,
this also fixes the "no profile pictures in public feed while logged out"
issue.)

Test Plan: Viewed, info'd, and downloaded files

96c08a4f37 Put file name in view URI, so downloading it with option-return creates a
usefully-named file

Summary:
If you Command-L + Option-Return to download stuff off, e.g., Paste,
you get "PHID-FILE-ad98abg9bsd9ashbs.txt" in your download folder. Put the file
name in the URI instead, so you get a reasonably named file.

Test Plan: Downloaded some files, got reasonable results.

0669abc5f0 Use a proper entropy source to generate file keys
Summary:
See T549. Under configurations where files are served from an alternate domain
which does not have cookie credentials, we use random keys to prevent browsing,
similar to how Facebook relies on pseudorandom information in image URIs (we
could some day go farther than this and generate file sessions on the alternate
domain or something, I guess).

Currently, we generate these random keys in a roundabout manner. Instead, use a
real entropy source and store the key on the object. This reduces the number of
sha1() calls in the codebase as per T547.

Test Plan: Ran upgrade scripts, verified database was populated correctly.
Configured alternate file domain, uploaded file, verified secret generated and
worked properly. Changed secret, was given 404.
