Summary: Mostly, this has just been sitting in my sandbox for a long time. I may also touch some charting stuff with subprojects/milestones, but don't have particular plans to do that. D3 seems a bit more flexible, and it's easier to push more of the style logic into CSS so you can fix my design atrocities. gRaphael also hasn't been updated in ~3+ years. **D3.js** is a JavaScript library for manipulating documents based on data. **D3** helps you bring data to life using HTML, SVG and CSS. D3’s emphasis on web standards gives you the full capabilities of modern browsers without tying yourself to a proprietary framework, combining powerful visualization components and a data-driven approach to DOM manipulation.
