a16f769dcf Renamed RE_MAKE to REBUILD_MAKEFILE. 
When rebuilding the Makefile we need to know the book version.
Added REBUILD_MAKEFILE to configurations validation.

a3b0e382b5 CLFS-1.0.0rc4 has been released, and created branch clfs-1.0. 
The keymap issue hasn't been fixed yet.
