f5f857df48 Set $TEST_LOG from inside the build scripts. 
There is no need now to use the envars file.
Optimize support must be moved to an XSL-based code.

4ddaa8ece4 Removed DOCTYPE declarations due that looks like we don't need to use books entities anymore. 
That could help a lot when implementing customizations due that might avoid the need to copy the XSL code into $JHALFSDIR.
