Dynamic footer links

* Rename .txt to .md

They are markdown formatted in the actual website, not text files plastered onto the website

* Quality of life changes

- Merge SD card sections together
- Update vWii links
- No need for a Table of Contents for a literal one section page.
- Merge vWii and Wii Mini sections in the Get Started page
- No need to repeat "need help? Join us" in the WiiWare patcher section

* FAQ redo

- vWii & Wii Mini QNA removed since they're already answered in the guide
- Same for firmware question
- RiiConnect24 questions related to initail install should be in that page.
- Explain error that it's in Wiimifi.
- Redesign page to have Questions and answers on separate lines, remove backgrounds and use h3's

* More quality of life updates

* Move words to locations that make sense

* Fix instructions numering in the markdown file itself

* Merge 3 pages into one and remove step from str2hax page

* Add some more polish

* Update priiloader System Menu Hacks list

- It is now 4 characters shorter in length
- Change descriptions to either remove uneccesary words or add more context

Ce tutoriel va vous expliquer comment dumper des WADs depuis la mémoire de votre Wii.

Ce dont vous aurez besoin

Une carte SD avec au moins 128Mo d'espace libre.
Un accès à Internet sur votre ordinateur.

Section I - Téléchargement/Installation

Téléchargez la dernière version de YABDM
Ouvrez le fichier .zip que vous avez téléchargé et mettez-y son contenu dans votre carte SD.
Quand c'est fini, remettez la carte dans votre Wii.

Section II - Le Dump

Ouvrez la Chaîne Homebrew sur votre Wii.
Ouvrez Yet Another BlueDump Mod.
Appuyez sur A.
Choisissez Installed Channel Titles
Choisissez la chaîne que vous voulez dumpez et appuyez sur 1 quand vous l'avez trouvée.
Choisissez Backup to WAD.
Si Fakesign the ticket apparaît, appuyez sur A.
Si Fakesign the TMD apparaît, appuyez sur A.
Si Change the output WAD region apparaît, appuyez sur A.
