fc893658b8 Update menu item names for Applications -> Favorites
Summary: Adds a `MenuName` method to applications that `ProfileMenuItem` uses instead of the application name if set. This improves the home/menu/new user experience at little cost. Also renamed the label from Applications to Favorites, since this menu gets altered to provide more than just applications. This also allows instances to set back to Maniphest if they so choose. Overall I think this direction resolves 95% of my concerns, with maybe a small potential downside which I don't really anticipate. We already name Dashboard panels by their object, and that hasn't really caused confusion. I think these links are similar. I click 'Tasks' and get presented a list of my tasks from Maniphest.

Test Plan: Review each of the name changes as a default new install and a modified install.

219ae8b6c9 Remove old "Landing Strategy" code
Summary:
Fixes T12869. This is a very old, pre-Drydock chunk of code from D7486 and some followups.

It does three things:

  - "Land to Hosted Git": Obsoleted by Drydock, has been commented out in HEAD for a very long time with no complaints. Disabled by D8719 in 2014.
  - "Land to Hosted Mercurial": Could be obsoleted by Drydock with a fairly small amount of work, but currently has no replacement. Unclear if this sees any real use. Not actually disabled at HEAD.
  - "Land to GitHub": Use GitHub OAuth credentials to land to GitHub. This is sort of theoretically useful and has no analog today. Disabled by D13022 in 2015.

This stuff was largely disabled a long time ago and we haven't seen users hitting issues with it. This could all be moved to an extension today if anyone still relies on it.

Test Plan: Grepped for removed classes, browsed Differential.

283a95d2aa Build a page for viewing all inline comments
Summary: Adds a very basic list of all inline comments, threaded, and their status. Kept this a little simpler than the mock, mostly because sorting here feels a little strange given threads would be all over the place. Not sure sorted is needed in practice anyways. I'd probably lean towards just adding a JS checkbox to hide certain rows if needed in the future.

Test Plan:

 - Leave Comment
 - Update Diff
 - Leave new comment
 - Reply to comment
 - Reply to comment as revision author
 - Mark items as done
 - Update diff again

102ea3cfa4 Replace Differential Edit controller with EditEngine-driven EditPro controller
Summary:
Ref T11114. This replaces the old edit controller with a new one based entirely on EditEngine.

This removes the CustomFieldEditEngineExtension hack for Differential, since remaining field types are fairly straightforward and work with existing EditEngine support, as far as I can tell.

7ae33d14ec Use new Differential bucketing logic on default (non-dashboard) homepage
Summary:
Ref T10939. If you haven't installed a dashboard, we show an "Active Revisions" panel on the homepage by default. I waited a bit to update this, but the new buckets don't seem to have caused any major problems so far.

Update this to use the new logic. I'm just showing "must review" + "should review", which is similar to the old beahvior.

Also replace the notification count with this same number. This is a little different from the old behavior, but simpler, and I think we should probably move toward getting rid of these counts completely.

bdc517485c Modernize Hovercard implementation
Summary:
Ref T8980. Move away from events to EngineExtensions.

This also simplifies hovercards a bit:

  - Removes tasks from revision cards.
  - Removes blockers/blocked from task cards.
  - Removes "Send Message" from user cards.

These mostly felt cluttery to me. Open to arguments to retain them. I think we can make better use of the space, though (e.g., flags, projects + board columns).

b4af57ec51 Rough cut of DrydockRepositoryOperation
Summary:
Ref T182. This doesn't do anything interesting yet and is mostly scaffolding, but here's roughly the workflow. From previous revision, you can configure "Repository Automation" for a repository:

{F875741}

If it's configured, a new "Land Revision" button shows up:

{F875743}

Once you click it you get a big warning dialog that it won't work, and then this shows up at the top of the revision (completely temporary/placeholder UI, some day a nice progress bar or whatever):

{F875747}

If you're lucky, the operation eventually sort of works:

{F875750}

It only runs `git show` right now, doesn't actually do any writes or anything.

Test Plan:
  - Clicked "Land Revision".
  - Watched `phd debug task`.
  - Saw it log `git show` to output.
  - Verified operation success in UI (by fiddling URL, no way to get there normally yet).

d1983560a6 Show when objects have a non-default policy
Summary:
Fixes T6787. I'm kind of cheating a little bit here by not unifying default selection with `initializeNew(...)` methods, but I figure we can let this settle for a bit and then go do that later. It's pretty minor.

Since we're not doing templates I kind of want to swap the `'template'` key to `'type'` so maybe I'll do that too at some point.

@chad, freel free to change these, I was just trying to make them pretty obvious. I //do// think it's good for them to stand out, but my approach is probably a bit inconsistent/heavy-handed in the new design.

52f8756c3c Add a "template" parameter to application default policies
Summary:
Ref T5681. Ref T6860. This doesn't do anything interesting on its own, just makes the next diff smaller.

In the next diff, policies become aware of the types of objects they're acting on. We need to specify which object type all the "Default View/Edit" settings are for so they get the right rules.

For example, a rule like "Allow task author" is OK for "View Policy" on a task, and also OK for "Default View Policy" on ManiphestApplication. But it's not OK for "Can Create Tasks" on ManiphestApplication.

So annotate all the "template"/"default" policies with their types. The next diff will use these to let you select appropriate rules for the given object type.

Test Plan:
  - Used `grep` to find these.
  - This change has no effect.

Future work/notes/etc:

  - Write the User Guide (see TODO).
  - This might needs some design tweaks -- I think it's functionally almost-equivalent to the mock, but the UI isn't quite the same.
  - (Mobile design is a touch off-looking I think?)
  - When you use a custom query, the duplicate "magnifying glass" icons are a little weird. Maybe change one or the other.
  - Maybe worth adding an "Open Documents in Current Application" option? Planning to wait for feedback on that.
  - Need a Quicksand integration to change the current application at some point.
  - Searching in "Current Application" from, e.g., the 404 page just searches all documents. Current plan is to just document this behavior, since the icon is a pretty good callout and it seems plausible that this is intuitive enough that users won't have a hard time with it.
