This behavior is deprecated since PHP 8.1. Phorge adopts `phutil_nonempty_string()` as
a general replacement.
Note: this may highlight other absurd input values that might be worth correcting
instead of just ignoring. If phutil_nonempty_string() throws an exception in your
instance, report it to Phorge to evaluate and fix that specific corner case.
Use `phutil_nonempty_scalar()` instead in `PhabricatorSearchDateField.php` as
input could only be integer instead of string.

Depends on D19348. Ref T13105. When copying text from Paste or Diffusion, we'd like to copy only source, not line numbers.
We currently accomplish this with zero-width spaces plus a trigger that fires on "copy" in Paste and Diffusion. This is quite gross.
In the new-style Harbormaster logs, we use an approach that seems slightly better: CSS psuedoelements.
This isn't a complete solution (see also PHI504 / T5032) but puts us in a slightly better place.
Use it in Paste/Files/Diffusion too.
This gives us good behavior in all browsers in Files and Paste.
This gives us good behavior in Chrome and Firefox in Diffusion. Safari will copy (but not visually select) blame information in Diffusion. I think we can live with that for now.
Test Plan: Selected and copy/pasted stuff in Diffusion, Files, and Paste. Got good behavior everywhere except Safari + Diffusion.

It doesn't actually render them, it just renders a link which you can click to view them in a new window. This is much easier than actually rendering them inline and at least 95% as good most of the time (and probably more-than-100%-as-good some of the time).
This makes PDF a viewable MIME type by default and adds a narrow CSP exception for it. See also T13112.

- Viewed PDFs in Files, got a link to view them in a new tab.
- Clicked the link in Safari, Chrome, and Firefox; got inline PDFs.

Materially, the "Actions" mobile button in the headers of objects (for example: Maniphest Task -> shrink browser window -> click "Actions" next to task name) relies on setting IDs on list views.

In D16157, dropdown menus got an overly-broad check for not closing when an item is clicked.
Specifically, we don't want to close the menu if the item is really opening a submenu, like "Edit Related Objects..." does on mobile.
The check for this is too broad, and also doesn't close the menu if the item has workflow.
Instead, use a narrower check.
Test Plan:
- Menu still stays open when toggling submenus like "Edit Related Objects".
- Menu now closes properly when using workflow items like "Edit Comment" or "Remove Comment".

Currently, we render two copies of the menu (one for mobile, one for desktop). A big chunk of this is sharing the nodes instead: when you open the mobile dropdown menu, it steals the nodes from the document. When you close it, it puts them back. Magic! Sneaky!

One issue I'm getting with trying to turn actions into dropdowns is that we currently render this menu very late, which can cause us to try to add more metadata after we start resolving metadata. This won't work right now (and making it work seems unreasonably complicated), so stop doing it and fatal if something tries.
(This might make some things fatal but //should// be safe -- anything that fatals should have been broken already.)

Browsed around looking for fatals, didn't see any.
(This primarily avoids a broken state / fatal in a future diff.)

- Converted applications (right now, only Paste) render a `CurtainView` to build the column content.
- This view uses new extensions to build panels (projects, subscribers, tokens).
- The panel extension code and rendering can be changed without breaking old stuff.
Minor changes:
- Token awards now load their tokens, for consistency/simplicity.
- Removed the rest of the "fork of" / "forked from" UI in Paste -- I essentially removed these features a while ago, and no one has complained.

Two minor changes here:
- Replace `get/setUser()` with `get/setViewer()` for consistency with everything else.
- `getViewer()` now throws if no viewer is set. We had a lot of code that either "should" check this but didn't, or did check it in an identical way, duplicating work. In contrast, very little code checks for a viewer but works if one is not present.
Test Plan:
- Grepped for `->user`.
- Attempted to fix all callsites inside `*View` classes.
- Browsed around a bunch of applications, particularly Calendar, Differential and Diffusion, which seemed most heavily affected.
