Fixes T10954. This got hidden underneath things at some point.
Use `pointer-events: none` to make the mouse ignore the element so that hover/select/edit/click still work "through" the element.
Design could probably be improved here, maybe I'll make it more-visible when you press {key n} and then have it fade quickly so it kind of gets out of your way once you find the block you want to read.

Summary: Does a few things. Turns off feed stories (again), removes "action" transactions from notificiations, and only updates message count on actual messages. This feels a bit cleaner and less spammy... I guess... I think @epriestley will really like it and do me a favor or something.

- Users with creative usernames like `MMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMMM` could overflow "Subscribers" in the curtain UI.
- Other content like packages could also overflow.
- Users with interesting and unique names like `WWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWWW` who were also away or disabled could get a linebreak between their availability dot and their username.

Ref T7643. When you do something like this:
- Edit a task description.
- Click "Show Details" on the resulting transaction.
- Get a prose diff dialog showing the change.
...now add some "Old" and "New" tabs. These are useful for:
- reverting to the old text by copy/pasting;
- reading just the new/old text if the diff is noisy;
- sometimes just nice to have?
(This looks a little rough but I didn't want to put a negative margin on tab groups inside dialogs? Not sure what the best fix here is.)

Summary: This has been causing scrolling issues for me for a while, turns out the footer behind the Conpherence layout can bubble up and cause scrolling issues if you don't hit the scrollarea in the right place with your finger. Hiding it via CSS or removing the footer in the configuration resolves the issue on my phone on secure.
Test Plan: Test with and without footer on secure, hide footer in CSS since it's not visible anyways.

Summary: This removes 'full-display', 'minimal-display' from Conpherence, which I recall was because we had 2 UIs for column and regular chat. I'm also tossing in slightly nicer search results, with a link to the actual message and the full date shown for context.
Test Plan: Post a message in mobile, tablet, full conpherence, and in durable column. Clean up UI in durable column. Do a search in Full UI, click on result date, get taken to the message... usually. My test data is a little wonky, but I think this works most of the time.
