b4cbea9018 Make legacy revision statuses from "differential.query" have type "string" again
Summary:
Ref T2543. The type on these got changed by accident, it should be "string" (crazy nonsense, compatible) not "int" (sensible, not compatible).

(New API uses sensible strings like "accepted" only.)

Test Plan: Called `differential.query` from web UI, saw `"2"` and similar statuses.

5348f34c9e Make all revision status readers explicitly read modern or legacy status
Summary: Ref T2543. All writers now write modern statuses. Make all readers explicit about whether they are reading modern or legacy statuses, so I can swap the storage format.

Test Plan:
  - Grepped for `getStatus()`, scanned the list. Other applications have methods with this name so it's possible I missed something.
  - Browed around, changed revision statuses.

2b9838b482 Modularize remaining TYPE_ACTION transactions in Differential, reducing calls to ArcanistDifferentialRevisionStatus
Summary:
Ref T2543. This cleans up a couple of remaining rough edges:

  - We could do an older TYPE_ACTION "close" via the daemons.
  - We could do an older TYPE_ACTION "close" via `arc close-revision`, explicitly or implicitly in `arc land`, via API (`differential.close`).
  - We could do an older TYPE_ACTION "rethink" ("Plan Changes") via the API, via `arc diff --plan-changes` (`differential.createcomment`).

Move these to modern modular transactions, then get rid of all the validation and application logic for them. This nukes a bunch of `ArcanistDifferentialRevision::...` junk.

Test Plan:
  - Used `bin/repository reparse --message rXYZ...` to reparse a commit, closing a corresponding revision.
  - Used `differential.close` to close a revision.
  - Used `differential.createcomment` to plan changes to a revision.
  - Reviewed transaction log for full "closed by commit" message (linking to commit and mentioning author).
  - Grepped for `::TYPE_ACTION` to look for remaining callsites, didn't find any.
  - Grepped for `differential.close` and `differential.createcomment` in `arcanist/` to look for anything suspicious, seemed clean.

46d1596bf7 Pull legacy revision query status filters out of the main Query class
Summary:
Ref T2543. Currently, Differential uses a set of hard-coded query filters (like "open" and "closed") to query revisions by status (for example, "open" means any of "review, revision, changes planned, accepted [usually]").

In other applications, like Maniphest, we've replaced this with a low level list of the actual statuses, plus higher level convenience UI through tokenizer functions. This basically has all of the benefits of the hard-coded filters with none of the drawbacks, and is generally more flexible.

I'd like to do that in Differential, too, although we'll need to keep the legacy maps around for a while because they're used by `differential.find` and `differential.getrevision`. To prepare for this, pull all the legacy stuff out into a separate class. Then I'll modernize where I can, and we can get rid of this junk some day.

Test Plan: Grepped for `RevisionQuery::STATUS`. Ran queries via Differential UI.

03ab7224bb Reduce STATUS_CLOSED (now internally "Published") revision status callsites
Summary:
Ref T2543. Add `isPublished()` to mean: exactly the status 'closed', which is now interally called 'published', but still shown as 'closed' to users.

We have some callsites which are about "exactly that status", vs "any 'closed' status", e.g. including "abandoned".

This also introduces `isChangePlanned()`, which felt less awkward than `isChangesPlanned()` but more consistent than `hasChangesPlanned()` or `isStatusChangesPlanned()` or similar.

2e36653965 Reduce callsites to "ArcanistDifferentialRevisionStatus" in Phabricator
Summary:
Ref T2543. These are currently numeric values, like "0" and "3". I want to replace them with strings, like "accepted", and move definitions from Arcanist to Phabricator.

To set the stage for this, reduce the number of callsites where Phabricator invokes `ArcanistDifferentialRevisionStatus`.

This is just the easy ones. I'll hold this until the release cut.

Test Plan:
- Called `differential.find`.
- Called `differential.getrevision`.
- Called `differential.query`.
- Removed all reviewers from a revision, saw warning.
- Abandoned the no-reviewers revision, no more warning.
- Attached a revision to a task to get it to show the state icon with the status on a tooltip.
- Viewed revision bucketing on dashboard.
- Used `bin/search index` to reindex a revision.
- Hit the "Land Revision" endpoint.

I didn't explicitly test these cases:

  - Doorkeeper Asana integration, since setup takes a thousand years.
  - Disambiguation logic when multiple hashes match, since setup is also very involved.
  - Releeph because it's Releeph.

d179d0150c Remove obsolete "relationships" code from Differential
Summary:
Ref T10967. There have been two different ways to load reviewers for a while: `needReviewerStatus()` and `needRelationships()`.

The `needRelationships()` stuff was a false start along time ago that didn't really go anywhere. I believe the idea was that we might want to load several different types of edges (subscribers, reviewers, etc) on lots of different types of objects. However, all that stuff pretty much ended up modularizing so that main `Query` classes did not need to know about it, so `needRelationships()` never got generalized or went anywhere.

A handful of things still use it, but get rid of them: they should either `needReviewerStatus()` to get reviewer info, or the ~3 callsites that care about subscribers can just load them directly.

Test Plan:
  - Grepped for removed methods (`needRelationships()`, `getReviewers()`, `getCCPHIDs()`, etc).
  - Browsed Diffusion, Differential.
  - Called `differential.query`.

It's possible I missed some stuff, but it should mostly show up as super obvious fatals ("call needReviewerStatus() before getReviewerStatus()!").

Summary:
Ref T10967. `differential.createcomment` is a frozen API method which has been obsoleted by `differential.revision.edit`.

It is the only remaining way to apply an "accept", "reject", or "resign" action using the old "ACTION" code.

Instead of using the old code, sneakly apply a new type of transaction in these cases instead.

aa6e788f36 Mark "v3" API methods as stable; mark obsoleted methods as "Frozen"
Summary:
Ref T12074. The "v3" API methods (`*.search`, `*.edit`) are currently marked as "unstable", but they're pretty stable and essentially all new code should be using them.

Although these methods are seeing some changes, almost all changes are additive (support for new constraints or attachemnts) and do not break backward compatibility. We have no major, compatibility-breaking changes planned.

I don't want to mark the older methods "deprecated" yet since `arc` still uses a lot of them and there are some capabilities not yet available on the v3 methods, but introduce a new "frozen" status with pointers to the new methods.

Overall, this should gently push users toward the newer methods.

8fd20e82fc Improve Conduit performance of special edge-based custom Revision fields
Summary:
Ref T11404. Depends on D16351. Currently, both `differential.query` and `differential.revision.search` issue `2N` queries to fetch:

  - dependencies for each revision; and
  - projects for each revision.

Fix this:

  - Take these custom fields out of Conduit so they don't load this data by default.
  - For `differential.query`, put this data back in by hard coding it.
  - For `differential.revision.search`, just leave it out. You can already optionally get projects efficiently, and this endpoint is a work in progress. I would tentatively be inclined to expose graph data as a "graph" extension once we need it.

This makes both methods execute in `O(1)` time (which is still 20-30 queries, but at least it's not 320 queries anymore).

Test Plan:
  - Ran `differential.query`, observed no change in results but 199 fewer internal queries.

b8f75f9511 Improve Conduit performance for custom fields
Summary:
Ref T11404. Depends on D16350.

Currently, custom fields can issue "N+1" queries in some cases, so querying 100 revisions issues 100 extra queries.

This affects all `*.search` endpoints for objects with custom fields, and some older endpoints (notably `differential.query`).

This change bulk loads "normal" custom fields, which gets rid of some of these queries. Instead of loading fields for each object, we build a big list of all fields and load them all at once.

The next change will tackle the remaining inefficient edge queries.

Test Plan:
  - Configured a custom field with normal database storage in Differential.
  - Ran `differential.query`, looking at custom fields in results for correctness.
  - Ran `differential.revision.search`, looking at custom fields in results for correctness.
  - In both cases, observed queries drop from `3N` to `2N` (all the "normal" custom field stuff got bulk loaded).

This was always a hack. It is not nearly as powerful or flexible as having a real build system, and is obsolete with Harbormaster, which supports these operations in a more reasonable and straightforward way.

This was used (only? almost only?) at Facebook.

  - Remove `differential.finishpostponedlinters`. This only served to update postponed linters.
  - Remove lint magic in `differential.setdiffproperty`. This magic only made sense in the context of postponed linters.
  - Remove `differential.updateunitresults`. The only made sense for postponed unit tests.

And one minor change: when a diff contains >100 affected files, we hide the content by default, but show content for files with inline comments. Previously, we'd do this for lint inlines, too. I don't tink this is too useful, and it's much simpler to just remove it. We could add it back at some point, but I think large changes often trigger a lot of lint and no one actually cares. The behavior for actual human inlines is retained.

There is no real way to see this stuff in the UI yet, either in Harbormaster or Differential.

156b156e77 Give Conduit params/return/errors protected visibility
Summary:
Ref T7803. Ref T5873. I want to drive Conduit through more shared infrastructure, but can't currently add parameters automatically.

Put a `getX()` around the `defineX()` methods so the parent can provide default behaviors.

Also like 60% of methods don't define any special error types; don't require them to implement this method. I want to move away from this in general.

Test Plan:
  - Ran `arc unit --everything`.
  - Called `conduit.query`.
  - Browsed Conduit UI.

7ef236c9a6 Differential - refine selecting a repository diff --> revision workflow
Summary: Fixes T6200. Ref T6237. When creating a diff from the web view, allow the user to select the repository at that time. When viewing a diff that has no associated revision and then creating a revision, pass along the repository phid to the create revision controller. Within the create revision controller, default the repository selector to this repository phid. Finally, in the editor, stop aggressively resetting the repository phid for every TYPE_UPDATE; rather, do so if its not a new object -- the diff should reign supreme in that case -- or if there's no repository -- let the diff be the guide.

Test Plan:
- made a diff with an associated repo, made a revision from the diff, saw the associated repo and it stuck on save!
- made a diff with an associated repo, made a revision from the diff but changed the repo and it stuck on save!

I am not sure how valuable this is *as is* - I think it needs different explanations for what happened in mercurial or subversion? I do not know what those explanations are.

Made an error in D10485 - the $hashes that were saved is an array of objects, so it ends up turning into garbage via the wonders of serialization and de-serialization. Fix that by explicitly saving the tree hash.

I would like to make this work for the other VCS types we support, add the "undo / nope" button and call it fixed.
