aa6e788f36 Mark "v3" API methods as stable; mark obsoleted methods as "Frozen"
Summary:
Ref T12074. The "v3" API methods (`*.search`, `*.edit`) are currently marked as "unstable", but they're pretty stable and essentially all new code should be using them.

Although these methods are seeing some changes, almost all changes are additive (support for new constraints or attachemnts) and do not break backward compatibility. We have no major, compatibility-breaking changes planned.

I don't want to mark the older methods "deprecated" yet since `arc` still uses a lot of them and there are some capabilities not yet available on the v3 methods, but introduce a new "frozen" status with pointers to the new methods.

Overall, this should gently push users toward the newer methods.

601aaa5a86 Modularize content sources
Summary:
Ref T10537. For Nuance, I want to introduce new sources (like "GitHub" or "GitHub via Nuance" or something) but this needs to modularize eventually.

Split ContentSource apart so applications can add new content sources.

Test Plan:
This change has huge surface area, so I'll hold it until post-release. I think it's fairly safe (and if it does break anything, the breaks should be fatals, not anything subtle or difficult to fix), there's just no reason not to hold it for a few hours.

- Viewed new module page.
- Grepped for all removed functions/constants.
- Viewed some transactions.
- Hovered over timestamps to get content source details.
- Added a comment via Conduit.
- Added a comment via web.
- Ran `bin/storage upgrade --namespace XXXXX --no-quickstart -f` to re-run all historic migrations.
- Generated some objects with `bin/lipsum`.
- Ran a bulk job on some tasks.
- Ran unit tests.

fa27352309 Rough in EditEngine for Maniphest
Summary:
Ref T9132. I'm going hold this until after the release cut since it isn't going to land completely smoothly, but I think I can prep it today/tomorrow and hopefully get it close enough to working to put in HEAD on Saturday after the push.

This adds the basics: new EditEngine, new EditController, and new `maniphest.edit` API endpoint.

I put the new stuff at `editpro/` for now until it works a little better.

Some notes on stuff this is dropping/changing/not-working-yet:

  - Preview for the description. I'd rather solve this by putting a "Preview" button on every Remarkup area if we want to retain it. Particularly, it does not generalize to adding custom remarkup fields in its current form. See also T3967.
  - Per-field policies are no longer enforced. They were never truly enforced anyway (for example, any user who can edit a task has always been able to edit every field via Conduit or email actions or Herald, where Herald supports things), and only really served as a hint to users. I think we can obsolete this by having installs hide/lock these fields instead. This is a desirable outcome for me, since I don't like retaining these policies and the idea of truly enforcing them properly is worrisome. These were originally added for Uber as an onboarding sort of thing. I'll prepare users for this in greater detail in the documentation.
  - Couple of minor bugs with ordering / defaults / only-one-owner-allowed in this diff that I'll clean up in future diffs before this stuff lands.
  - I don't have a concrete plan on "Create Similar Task" / "Clone" yet (do you have thoughts? Is this worth trying to do in every application?). I'll probably just mostly mimic the current behavior.

Test Plan: I'll vet this more thoroughly in followups, just banged around some tasks for now and created/edited via the API.

22e3e35418 Move ManiphestTaskQuery to EdgeLogic
Summary:
Ref T4100. Share all edge logic code across applications.

  - Internalizes the "check that the viewer can see projects" check into edge logic.
  - Adds some convenience functions. Some of these aren't really all that convenient, but it's rare that we actually apply project constraints to queries in the applications -- and most of these callsites will go away in the long term -- so I didn't go too crazy with providing a simpler `withProjectPHIDs()` universal API or anything.

Test Plan:
  - Grepped for all affected symbols.
  - Tried to violate policies.
  - Used workboards.
  - Used normal Maniphest queries.
  - Used `maniphest.query`.

3a87a95e11 Use ManiphestTaskQuery in nearly all interfaces
Summary:
Ref T603. Make almost every task read policy-aware. Notable exceptions are:

  - Edge editor -- this stuff is prescreened and should be moved to ApplicationTransactions eventually anyway.
  - Search/attach stuff -- this stuff needs some general work. The actual list should be fine since you can't pull handles. There may be a very indirect hole here where you could attach an object you can't see (but do know the ID of) to an object you can see. Pretty fluff.
  - The "Tasks" field in Differential will let you reference objects you can't see. Possibly this is desirable, in the case of commandeering revisions. Mostly, it was inconvenient to get a viewer (I think).

Test Plan:
  - Called `maniphest.info`.
  - Called `maniphest.update`.
  - Batch edited tasks.
  - Dragged and dropped tasks to change subpriority.
  - Subscribed and unsubscribed from a task.
  - Edited a task.
  - Created a task.
  - Created a task with a parent.
  - Created a task with a template.
  - Previewed a task update.
  - Commented on a task.
  - Added a dependency.
  - Searched for "T33" in object search dialog.
  - Created a branch "T33", ran `arc diff`, verified link.
  - Pushed a commit with "Fixes T33", verified close.

9afbb9b83b Route task merges through new editor
Summary:
Ref T2217. Ship "Merge in Duplicates" through the new editor. The only notable thing here is `setContinueOnMissingFields()`.

The problem this solves is that if you add a custom field and mark it as required, all existing tasks are "invalid" since they don't have a value, and trying to edit them will raise an error like "Some Custom Field is required!". This is fine for normal edits via the UI, since the user can just select/provide a value, but surgical edits to specific fields should just ignore these errors. Add the ability to ignore these errors and use it on all the field-speific editors.

Test Plan: Merged duplicates, including "invalid" duplicates with missing fields.

7abe9dc4c0 Migrate all Maniphest transaction data to new storage
Summary:
Ref T2217. This is the risky, hard part; everything after this should be smooth sailing. This is //mostly// clean, except:

  - The old format would opportunistically combine a comment with some other transaction type if it could. We no longer do that, so:
    - When migrating, "edit" + "comment" transactions need to be split in two.
    - When editing now, we should no longer combine these transaction types.
    - These changes are pretty straightforward and low-impact.
  - This migration promotes "auxiliary field" data to the new CustomField/StandardField format, so that's not a straight migration either. The formats are very similar, though.

Broadly, this takes the same attack that the auth migration did: proxy all the code through to the new storage. `ManiphestTransaction` is now just an API on top of `ManiphestTransactionPro`, which is the new storage format. The two formats are very similar, so this was mostly a straight copy from one table to the other.

Test Plan:
  - Without performing the migration, made a bunch of edits and comments on tasks and verified the new code works correctly.
  - Droped the test data and performed the migration.
  - Looked at the resulting data for obvious discrepancies.
  - Looked at a bunch of tasks and their transaction history.
  - Used Conduit to pull transaction data.
  - Edited task description and clicked "View Details" on transaction.
  - Used batch editor.
  - Made a bunch more edits.

17e1732152 Route all ManiphestTransaction reads through a single class
Summary:
Ref T2217. I'm going to do the fake-double-writes ("double reads"?) thing where we proxy the storage that worked pretty well for auth. That is:

  - (Some more cleanup diffs next, maybe?)
  - Move all the data to the new storage, and make `ManiphestTransaction` read and write by wrapping `ManiphestTransactionPro`.
  - If nothing breaks, it's a straight shot to nuking ManiphestTransaction callsite by callsite.

I think Maniphest is way easier than Differential, because there are very few query sites and no inline comments.

Test Plan: `grep` to find callsites. Loaded task view, called Conduit.
