c5a365e1b2 Unify user-select CSS directives
Summary:
Removes the -khtml, -moz and -ms prefix, since most Browsers are natively supporting the user select directive.
The -webkit prefix is still kept or added for Safari, wich does not support user-select.

Ref: see https://we.phorge.it/D25024#815 for context

Test Plan: Removing the CSS should change nothing in modern browsers.

631c36aee3 Don't consider file references inside quoted text blocks to grant "attachment intent"
Summary:
Ref T13682. This is a marginal case, but if you quote someone else's text and it has a file reference embedded in it, that isn't good enough to generate "attachment intent".

Since you need both a reference and an explicit attachment, this should never actually affect any user-visible behavior today, but makes the ruleset more thorough.

Test Plan: Dragged and dropped a file, referencing it in either a quoted or unquoted block. Saw it attach only for a quoted block.

01253d533b Prevent embedded remarkup content from cycling when it contains embedded self-references
Summary: Ref T13678. When remarkup content embeds other remarkup content, detect and degrade if the references have nesting depth greater than 1. This is a coarse cycle detector, since rendering shallow (but technically non-cycling) trees doesn't seem valuable.

Test Plan: Created various objects with self-references, saw everything degrade properly (after one level of embedding) when embedded in itself and in other contexts. See attached screenshot.

dbe2fb466f Add an "eval" rule to Remarkup
Summary:
Ref T13658. This adds a simple expression evaluator to Remarkup and supports platform name expressions. The syntax is:

```
```

Note that this won't work inside code blocks (or literal blocks, or other block-level literal elements) right now, although it could be made to selectively (the ".path" expressions might be useful in documentation codeblocks).

54bcbdaba9 Fix an XSS issue with certain high-priority remarkup rules embedded inside lower-priority link rules
Summary:
See <https://hackerone.com/reports/758002>. The link rules don't test that their parameters are flat text before using them in unsafe contexts.

Since almost all rules are lower-priority than these link rules, this behavior isn't obvious. However, two rules have broadly higher priority (monospaced text, and one variation of link rules has higher priority than the other), and the latter can be used to perform an XSS attack with input in the general form `()[ [[ ... | ... ]] ]` so that the inner link rule is evaluated first, then the outer link rule uses non-flat text in an unsafe way.

Test Plan:
Tested examples in HackerOne report. A simple example of broken (but not unsafe) behavior is:

```
[[ `x` | `y` ]]
```

2fa904921e Render object monograms and embedding references more gracefully when building a Remarkup table of contents
Summary:
Fixes T8845. Ref T13102. See PHI467. Currently, object monograms like `L1` which appear in Remarkup headers render incorrectly (with an internal placeholder "x") in the table of contents:

{F5475505}

Instead, render them down to just, e.g., `L1` in plain text.

For `{P123}` I just rendered it to `{P123}` since it's not really clear to me what users intend. This could be adjusted if there's some reasonable thing that someone is trying to do with this.

be235301d0 When commits have a "rewritten" hint, try to show that in handles in other applications
Summary:
Ref T11522. This tries to reduce the cost of rewriting a repository by making handles smarter about rewritten commits.

When a handle references an unreachable commit, try to load a rewrite hint for the commit. If we find one, change the handle name to "OldHash > NewHash" to provide a strong hint that the commit was rewritten and that copy/pasting the old hash (say, to the CLI) won't work.

I think this notation isn't totally self-evident, but users can click it to see the big error message on the page, and it's at least obvious that something weird is going on, which I think is the important part.

3f51b78539 Lay cluster.databases configuration groundwork for database clustering
Summary:
Ref T4571. This adds a new option which allows you to upgrade your one-host configuration to a multi-host configuration by configuring it.

Doing this currently does nothing. I wrote a lot of words about what it is //supposed// to do in the future, though.

Test Plan:
  - Tried to configure the option in all the possible bad ways, got errors.
  - Read documentation.

bf3879b1c7 Fully fix a bad rule object aliasing issue custom remarkup rules
Summary:
Fixes T10234. This is a more thorough fix.

Root issue is that some time around D13589, we started hitting an object cache for `loadCustomInlineRules()`, but didn't adjust the code to account for that.

So if a page created multiple similar engines, we'd return the same `$rule` object for multiple engines, call `setEngine()` on it with different engines, and then possibly try to render using an already-expired engine the second time through.

Instead, create a separate `$rule` object for each separate `$engine`.

Test Plan:
Repro is something like this:

  - Create a custominlinerule which uses an engine.
  - Purge the remarkup cache.
  - Load a page which uses the rule in two engines (e.g., in a revision description, and also in an inline comment).
  - Before change: second one could fatal. After change: clean load.

66946c0996 Fix unusual use of Remarkup in Maniphest
Summary: Fixes T10234. This usage is unusual, out of date, and has some bad interactions with engines and custom rules.

Test Plan:
  - Added `CustomInlineCodeRule` from P1129 as an extension rule.
  - Put a custom `<code> ... </code>` block in a Maniphest task description.
  - Saw fatal as described in task; applied change; saw rule work properly.

2b9d4f70ba Remarkup rule for rendering PHIDs as handles
Summary:
adds the `{{PHID....}}` rule. Should mostly be useful in UI code that refers to Objects.

It doesn't add any mention links/transactions.

Test Plan: Comment with this, see email (plain + html) and comment box.
