48a74de0b6 Move all revision status transactions to modern values and mechanics
Summary:
Ref T2543. This updates and migrates the status change transactions:

  - All storage now records the modern modular transaction ("differential.revision.status"), not the obsolete non-modular transaction ("differential:status").
  - All storage now records the modern constants ("accepted"), not the obsolete numeric values ("2").

Test Plan:
  - Selected all the relevant rows before/after migration, data looked sane.
  - Browsed around, reviewed timelines, no changes after migration.
  - Changed revision states, saw appropriate new transactions in the database and timeline rendering.
  - Grepped for `differential:status`.

7b695aa43b Migrate revision storage to modern status constants ("accepted") instead of legacy numeric values ("2")
Summary:
Ref T2543. Rewrites all the storage to use constants.

Note that transactions still use legacy values, I'll migrate and update them separately.

Test Plan:
  - Ran migration.
  - Browsed around, changed revision states, viewed dashboard, etc.
  - Selected `DISTINCT()` and `GROUP_CONCAT()` of the `status` field in the database, saw sane/expected before and after values.
  - Verified that old Conduit methods still return numeric constants for compatibility.

19bc91fd20 Modularize the Differential "status" transaction and move away from ArcanistDifferentialRevisionStatus
Summary:
Ref T2543. Converts the TYPE_STATUS transaction (used to render "This revision now requires changes to proceed.", "This revision is accepted and ready to land.", etc) to ModularTransactions.

Also, continue consolidating all the status-related information (here, more colors and icons) into a single place. By the end of this, we may learn that NEEDS_REVIEW uses //every// color.

Test Plan:
Reviewed old status transactions (unchanged) and created new ones (looked the same as the old ones).

(I plan to migrate all of these a few diffs from now, around when I change the storage format.)

53516093ae Replace Differential hard-coded status "<select />" with tokenizer
Summary:
Ref T2543. This updates the UI control in the web UI. Also:

  - This implicitly makes this queryable with the API (`differential.revision.search`); it previously was not.
  - This does NOT migrate existing saved queries. I'll do those in the next change, and hold this until it happens.
  - This will break some existing `/differential/?status=XYZ` links. For example, `status=open` now needs to be `status=open()`. I couldn't find any of these in the upstream, and I suspect these are rare in the wild (users would normally link directly to saved queries, not use URI query construction).

8160baec2a Add a Differential revision status tokenizer datasource
Summary:
Ref T2543. This adds a tokenizer, similar to the Maniphest tokenizer, so the hard-coded `<select />` control in Differential ApplicationSearch can be replaced with a more flexible control that handles the addition of new statuses with more grace.

This only adds the new datasource.

46d1596bf7 Pull legacy revision query status filters out of the main Query class
Summary:
Ref T2543. Currently, Differential uses a set of hard-coded query filters (like "open" and "closed") to query revisions by status (for example, "open" means any of "review, revision, changes planned, accepted [usually]").

In other applications, like Maniphest, we've replaced this with a low level list of the actual statuses, plus higher level convenience UI through tokenizer functions. This basically has all of the benefits of the hard-coded filters with none of the drawbacks, and is generally more flexible.

I'd like to do that in Differential, too, although we'll need to keep the legacy maps around for a while because they're used by `differential.find` and `differential.getrevision`. To prepare for this, pull all the legacy stuff out into a separate class. Then I'll modernize where I can, and we can get rid of this junk some day.

Test Plan: Grepped for `RevisionQuery::STATUS`. Ran queries via Differential UI.

03ab7224bb Reduce STATUS_CLOSED (now internally "Published") revision status callsites
Summary:
Ref T2543. Add `isPublished()` to mean: exactly the status 'closed', which is now interally called 'published', but still shown as 'closed' to users.

We have some callsites which are about "exactly that status", vs "any 'closed' status", e.g. including "abandoned".

This also introduces `isChangePlanned()`, which felt less awkward than `isChangesPlanned()` but more consistent than `hasChangesPlanned()` or `isStatusChangesPlanned()` or similar.

70088f7eec Continue reducing callsites to ArcanistDifferentialRevisionStatus
Summary:
Ref T2543. Further consolidates status management into DifferentialRevisionStatus.

One change I'm making here is internally renaming "CLOSED" to "PUBLISHED". The UI will continue to say "Closed", at least for now, but this should make the code more clear because we care about "is closed, exactly" vs "is any closed status (closed, abandoned, sometimes accepted)". This distinction is more obvious as `isClosed()` vs `isPublished()` than, e.g., `isClosedWithExactlyTheClosedStatus()` or something. I think "Published" is generally more clear, too, and more consistent with modern language (e.g., "pre-publish review" replacing "pre-commit review" to make it more clear what we mean in Git/Mercurial).

I've removed the IN_PREPARATION status since this was just earlier groundwork for "Draft" and not actually used, and under the newer plan I'm trying to just abandon `ArcanistDifferentialRevisionStatus` entirely (or, at least, substantially).

Test Plan:
- Viewed revisions.
- Viewed revision list.
- Viewed revisions linked to a task in Maniphest.
- Viewed revision graph of dependencies in Differential.
- Grepped for `COLOR_STATUS_...` constants.
- Grepped for removed method `getRevisionStatusIcon()` (no callsites).
- Grepped for removed method `renderFullDescription()` (one callsite, replaced with just building a `TagView` inline).
- Grepped for removed method `isClosedStatus()` (no callsites after other changes).

77b3efafbd Use ModularTransactions for accept/reject/resign in "differential.createcomment"
Summary:
Ref T10967. `differential.createcomment` is a frozen API method which has been obsoleted by `differential.revision.edit`.

It is the only remaining way to apply an "accept", "reject", or "resign" action using the old "ACTION" code.

Instead of using the old code, sneakly apply a new type of transaction in these cases instead.

Then, remove all the remaining old code for this stuff on the write pathways.

d9cdbdb9fa When we fail to process mail, tell the user about it
Summary:
Ref T4371. Ref T4699. Fixes T3994.

Currently, we're very conservative about sending errors back to users. A concern I had about this was that mistakes could lead to email loops, massive amounts of email spam, etc. Because of this, I was pretty hesitant about replying to email with more email when I wrote this stuff.

However, this was a long time ago. We now have Message-ID deduplication, "X-Phabricator-Sent-This-Mail", generally better mail infrastructure, and rate limiting. Together, these mechanisms should reasonably prevent anything crazy (primarily, infinite email loops) from happening.

Thus:

  - When we hit any processing error after receiving a mail, try to send the author a reply with details about what went wrong. These are limited to 6 per hour per address.
  - Rewrite most of the errors to be more detailed and informative.
  - Rewrite most of the errors in a user-facing voice ("You sent this mail..." instead of "This mail was sent..").
  - Remove the redundant, less sophisticated code which does something similar in Differential.

Test Plan:
  - Using `scripts/mail/mail_receiver.php`, artificially received a pile of mail.
  - Hit a bunch of different errors.
  - Saw reasonable error mail get sent to me.
  - Saw other reasonable error mail get rate limited.

18938b5310 Migrate Differential comments to ApplicationTransactions
Summary:
Ref T2222. This is the big one.

This migrates each `DifferentialComment` to one or more ApplicationTransactions (action, cc, reviewers, update, comment, inlines), and makes `DifferentialComment` a double-reader for ApplicationTransactions.

The migration is pretty straightforward:

  - If a comment took an action not otherwise covered, it gets an "action" transaction. This is something like "epriestley abandoned this revision.".
  - If a comment updated the diff, it gets an "updated diff" transaction. Very old transactions of this type may not have a diff ID (probably only at Facebook).
  - If a comment added or removed reviewers, it gets a "changed reviewers" transaction.
  - If a comment added CCs, it gets a "subscribers" transaction.
  - If a comment added comment text, it gets a "comment" transaction.
  - For each inline attached to a comment, we generate an "inline" transaction.

Most comments generate a small number of transactions, but a few generate a significant number.

At HEAD, the code is basically already doing this, so comments in the last day or two already obey these rules, roughly, and will all generate only one transaction (except inlines).

Because we've already preallocated PHIDs in the comment text table, we only need to write to the transaction table.

NOTE: This significantly degrades Differential, making inline comments pretty much useless (they each get their own transaction, and don't show line numbers or files). The data is all fine, but the UI is garbage now. This needs to be fixed before we can deploy this to users, but it's easily separable since it's all just display code.

Specifically, they look like this:

{F112270}

Test Plan:
I've migrated locally and put things through their paces, but it's hard to catch sketchy stuff locally because most of my test data is nonsense and bad migrations wouldn't necessarily look out of place.
IMPORTANT: I'm planning to push this to a branch and then shift production over to the branch, and run it for a day or two before bringing it to master.

I generally feel good about this change: it's not that big since we were able to separate a lot of pieces out of it, and it's pretty straightforward. That said, it's still one of the most scary/dangerous changes we've ever made.

b435c03eca Add a config flag to treat "Accepted" revisions as "Closed"
Summary: See D7653. This is exclusively for Asana, who uses Differential for a post-commit, Audit-like workflow but has a small set of requirements for it to be a good fit (just this) and a large set of requirements for Diffusion/Audit to be a good fit.

Test Plan: Set the flag, verified "Accepted" revisions are no longer on the dashboard.

1da691113a Normalize the definition of "closed" revision statuses
Summary:
Currently, "Closed" and "Abandoned" are treated as "closed". I want to add a flag which treats "Accepted" as "Closed", too, for Asana and other companies who use an Asana-like workflow.

The background here is that their workflow is a bit weird. They basically do audits, but have a lot of things which Diffusion doesn't do well right now. This one change makes Differential fit their workflow fairly well, even though it's an audit workflow.

To prepare for this, normalize the definition of "closed" better. We have a few callsites which explicitly check for "ABANDONED || CLOSED", and normalizing this is cleaner anyway.

Also delete the very old COMMITTED status, which has been obsolete for over a year.

Test Plan: Browsed around most/all of the affected interfaces.

Summary: Ref T1279. These reviewers don't actually create a logical block yet (that is, revisions still transition to "accepted" even in their presence), but this handles everything except that.

ef85f49adc Delete license headers from files
Summary:
This commit doesn't change license of any file. It just makes the license implicit (inherited from LICENSE file in the root directory).

We are removing the headers for these reasons:

- It wastes space in editors, less code is visible in editor upon opening a file.
- It brings noise to diff of the first change of any file every year.
- It confuses Git file copy detection when creating small files.
- We don't have an explicit license header in other files (JS, CSS, images, documentation).
- Using license header in every file is not obligatory: http://www.apache.org/dev/apply-license.html#new.

This change is approved by Alma Chao (Lead Open Source and IP Counsel at Facebook).

Test Plan: Verified that the license survived only in LICENSE file and that it didn't modify externals.
